Came in for the first time everyone was extremely friendly I got a no chip manicure well one of my nails chipped 2days later called them they said they would fix it great so I thought. I came in the next day no one said hi I got dirty looks after I told them what I was there for I waited 15min got skipped once and the person who "fixed"my nail did a horrible job a week later that same nail started lifting off horrible experience!!! I went to this salon on Saturday before my niece's wedding. I had a wonderful technician who did a great job. So you're probably wondering why I'm only giving two stars. Well, my nails were already peeling the next day. It's not like I went home and cleaned or even washed one dirty dish so I went back to the salon on Monday and waited for 30 minutes before I went up and asked how much longer it was going to be before I could get my nails redone. They couldn't even tell me so the business who has no respect for my time and doesn't really care about the quality a new customer received gets two stars from me. I was even going to pay for a "no chip" polish this time, it's not like they were not going to make any additional money off of me. I can respect them being busy but I should have been told that it was going to be a long wait from the start. Oh, and when I first went in and explained why I was there the response was, "was it a no-chip"? No, "I'm sorry, that shouldn't happen so quickly" (which is the truth)! This used to be my go to place but no more. They just lost my business. Kept me waiting 45 minutes and let 10 people who arrived after me right on in. Girl next to me was waiting 40 minutes. 3 times they came around with the sign-in sheet to verify names, order and requested services and they still managed to lose the sheet I signed in on. Have you ever heard of trash? Well if you haven't look no further i found it. It's called Victoria nails. Now i usually wouldn't be so cruel but for real this place sucks. I asked for coffin shaped nails... instead i got oval looking lumps. Let me remind you it took two hours to do these and she scrapped my nails till there was no nails left she told me "I'm gonna make it so these never come off." I just don't appreciate that. Last but not least the polish is clumping together and it looks like Stevie wonder went to town on my nails. I will not be returning to this DUMP. read more

Generally friendly and definitely clean salon that does a good job. When they changed locations, I wish they'd learned not to squash the check-in counter so close to the entry. It can get uncomfortably tight in the waiting area. And be prepared to waaaiiit, even if you have an appointment. They regularly run at least a half hour behind. They forgot about my grade-school aged daughter who got stuck at a station waiting for service and definitely weren't nice about it when I called their attention to it. : ( They have room to improve, but I've been happy with how my nails look. They do great work here, and a full set of acrylics really hold up, BUT, they are so unfriendly here ! The girls at the front desk are soooo rude ! They can't even crack a smile and greet you. Half the time they barely look up to even acknowledge your presence, they just say "sign in". To the owners, get some front desk girls that are personable and greet you with a smile instead of acting like they are annoyed that you walked in the door !! read more

I went there on a whim Friday March 15th and had them do a Dip. Julie did my nails. My nails look thick (very fake) and on my right hand the surface of my nails are scratchy, bubbles showing through.... terrible. I could do better myself. I called when I got home and could really inspect them and they said I could come in and THEY would evaluate if they needed to be redone. Not the response I expected. I went to get acrylics and a pedi, the wait was less than 5 mins and the service was great. Christine did both and she did an amazing job, she really took her time in perfecting my nails and made them beatifull. I also accidentally messed up my toe polish and she kindly redid them. I normally always go to this salon and usually have a great experience. But today was different. My pedicure was fantastic. But when it comes to my no chip set I'm rather upset. For starter, one of the nails on my left hand is crooked. I tried to tell the technician but she said "oh no that's how your nail is." Then once I was done I noticed that the nails on my right hand are significantly shorter than the nails on my left hand. I am rather displeased and possibly considering finding another salon. read more

I went to this salon for the first time, because I keep hearing great things about it. I was meeting My mom there, and she arrived before me, but she put my name down on the list before I got there. Once I arrived, I waited for about 40 min. They then told me to go to a chair, but I think they forgot about me. I sat there for about another half hour. I was starting to see people who were on the list after me being worked on. At one point, one of the men pointed to me to tell someone that I have been waiting a while, but it was shrugged off. After a couple more minutes, I decided just to leave. Very disappointing and wasted over an hour. read more

I have been getting no chip polish on my nails since the product came out. Since I have been going to Victoria Nails guess what, it chips! This last time it didn't even last a week and when I went back they just painted over what I had and told me if I wanted them redone I would have to pay another $25 for polishing. They not only acted annoyed that I came back and asked them to correct it, but the polish job was awful! Will not be back, and if you continue to treat your customers this poorly expect to run out of clients! So disappointing especially since the owner doesn't seem to care if there customers are at least happy. read more

Victoria Nails deserves no stars!My nails are still recovering from an awful no chip experience at Victoria Nails. The female nail tech used a drill to remove the no chip and destroyed my nails by grinding deep grooves in each nail. When she applied the product each nail was bumpy and the color was uneven. This is absolutely the worst nail job I have ever had. I asked to speak with the owner Jimmy and showed him my nails which he agreed wasn't good however, he only agreed to have the nail tech remove the product from my nails. Jimmy was unavailable to repair my nails. I was left with damaged nails and no accommodations. Victoria Nails is by far the worst nail salon I have ever gone to with very unprofessional unskilled nail techs who make no apologies for terrible techniques and doing harm to a customers nails. The owner as you can see makes no apologies for awful service and instead refers you to find another salon. I caution you to think twice before going to Victoria Nails for any nail service!!! read more

I went in today to get a full set with a friend, and the experience I had was awful. At first, we called ahead to make sure they could get us in at 4:30. We ended up waiting an hour just to get seated and then another 30 just to have someone sit down and start on our nails. I asked for coffin shape like I would at any place and he started to shape them. After the acrylic was on he filed the sides of my nails, and it felt like my nail was being ripped off. This has never happened with any other salon i've been to. And don't get me started on the price!!! It was 27$ for the set which is ok considering it was only 2$ more than it would usually be for me at another salon. But they also added $5 just for shaping!!! Never have I been charged that much for a slow and terrible nail job. (they don't even look good, basically rushed) read more

8/12/16. Having just moved to the area a few months ago I've tried a few different places to get pedicures. A pedi is my sanctuary at times and today was one of those cases. Today's visit was more for my mental health than for my feet. I arrived after six o'clock with no appointment. The house was packed as if it were a special day. The staff was great and polite. I didn't mind waiting, as I read a magazine and vegged for almost an hour. I really didn't mind, they were busy. I chose the premium 45$ pedicure that stated in their services menu was a 45 minute process. Cool. Just what I needed! It sucked. Rushed, zero attention to detail. Did I mention rushed? When I choose extra services like sugar scrubs, masks and paraffin I expect to pay for it and you should be expected to make it worth what your charging. Not at all the relaxing experience I was looking for. I did not get what I paid for. Outside of the polish I just don't feel as if I had a pedicure seven hours ago. I didn't complain, I paid, I tipped well and I sat in their massage chair for almost an hour while my toes dried and they finished their final clients. I was polite when I left and I will NOT return. Being as I was primarily the last client to sit at a pedi station, and because I was able to stay for almost an hour after, why was my service so rushed?? They certainly were not understaffed and at first I was quite impressed with that. I chose "pretty pricey" bc I felt that their Premium Pedicure, is not worth anywhere near 45$ and a tip. I never mind paying a premium price for a true premium service. That always comes with a big fat tip from me as well. Not today folks. Not today. The search continues. read more

My daughter wanted to get a full set of nails and a pedicure done for prom. We had no idea where to go and got various suggestions from friends. We are very pleased we went to Victoria Nails! Scott was very nice and did an amazing job!! We will be going back for sure! read more

This has by far been my worst experience for a pedicure. The lady said I should do a spa pedicure instead of the basic since I have dry feet (I do I know that always have) and this would help it started off great and about halfway through she pours a clear liquid (I now know it is callus remover which is typically used on heels only) over my toes and the tops of my feet. It burned but I figured it was just part of the process I could not have been more wrong. I now have several 2nd possibly 3rd degree burns all over my feet. I contacted them the next morning to help avoid someone else having the same painful experience and the lady on the phone asks me to come in so she can see so I bring along 2 kids as I have no other option and several of them look it over and discuss it and end up telling me just to put some Neosporin on it it will be fine in a few days. No apology no offer of a refund and when I started to get frustrated the lady who actually preformed the pedicure ended up raising her voice at me causing me to just leave. I will never go back to that place for a pedicure again and I caution anyone else considering one there to find a different place read more
