All I saw was beautiful green and lush grass for the playing fields and a fenced in, dirt only section for dogs. Dog Parks seem to be on the very bottom of the City's "to do list". Another Dog Park being seeded now is the one off Tahquitz by City Hall. Looks pretty before that small area becomes trampled on. Presently there is a temporary dog area set up (while other dog parks get some maintenance/seeding) at Ruth Hardy Park. It is really nice. It fits in aesthetically with the children's' area and the green open space. One can only hope that somebody from City Hall sees this post. Rumor has it that the fencing is coming down on 5-15th.

My issues would be specifically to the soccer field which is a huge hazard. With so much field space, not sure why they decide to have the field where they have the most holes and slope and then not maintain it on top of that. The restrooms! Disgusting. Out of 6 restrooms, only 1 was open during a soccer game and multiple baseball games. There was no light, barely any toilet paper, the toilet was beyond clogged and no running water from the sink to top it all off. It gave me "Monet" vibes, from far away everything looks nice, but up close it's just a big mess. Take pride in your city parks and do better.

We were waiting for our hotel room to be ready. In the mean time, I had brought a picnic lunch for us to enjoy under the pine trees. So peaceful and serene. My daughter loved the swings and monkey bars. The only thing I didn't like were the portable potty. Would have been nice to have real restrooms. Great park though for picnics with your little ones.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We rented a party room for 30 minutes for just $50, and it was already set up and ready for us before we even walked in--which made things so easy and stress-free. I also loved that we were able to purchase prepaid cards ahead of time, so all of our jumpers were taken care of before they even arrived. The facility itself is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of staff on site to assist when needed. My wife and I went to the park today we had an encounter with one of our lifeguards disciplining and getting in our son's face not knowing that he's autistic and nonverbal. Then, shortly after saying, He shouldn't be here. Which is not right in anyway because we pay like everyone else does to have full access of everything. They are not parents for them to discipline our child. This park has become such a disappointment, our first time here and with the lifeguard being this rude, I would not recommend this to anyone who has special-needs children because they will be treated very poor and pushed to the side and be told that they do not belong here
