A great B&B in the south eastern part of Kelley's Island. The inn was comfortable with plenty of seating on the first floor for chatting. They have fire pit just across the street by the lake. We spent a couple of hours enjoying the nice weather and fire with Cedar Point off in the distance. Our room was cozy and well appointed. We had a super comfy bed and our own bathroom with shower. Sheets and blanket were perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and meticulously made with ingredients from their garden. My favorite was the frittata with veggies. Coffee, tea and water available 24/7. A nice place we'd happily return to on our next trip to the island.

Tricia's delicious cooking and baking was one of the highlights of the weekend, and home made afternoon sangria was such a treat. I even left the island with one of her recipes for a yummy quiche! The location overlooking the lake is beautiful and they have a private dock at the edge of the water that we really enjoyed sitting on. The rooms are very quaint and filled with antiques. They did not have central air conditioning in the room, so if you like to control the temperature please make note of that. The second floor rooms do seem to get a little warm, but we turned on the fan and opened the windows to catch a lake breeze. The property is about one mile from the ferry marina and the downtown area. A lovely on-island stay.
