Due to covid, their closing method sucks ass. They have a big sign saying they close at 7PM. However the door lady announces "AT 6:30 wE WoNt LeT AnYoTher CuSTOMer In" Fix your sign first. Second, change the way the store closes. Third, if you guys close at 6:30, I suggest you send out an employee to stand at the end of the line around 6:15pm---to AVOID having customers WASTE their time in line waiting to not being let in. read more

Was not impressed by the lack of customer service. Went on a Sunday, only two girls seemed to be working, and I guess that meant asking for help was just asking too much. I got a sigh and a roll of the eyes. So, since they don't want to take my complaint seriously, I'll just tell everyone else what's up. I never in my life have felt such disrespect from a store associate and I will never go back again! An associate at Victoria's Secret told me that they "Didn't have anything in my size because I'm to BIG" and I quote here "You should try Lane Bryant, I'm sure they have something for you".. (Which I'm not a crazy size, it's a freakin XL, I mean, have you seen my ass?). I left the store in TEARS! What most people don't know is, I've been trying to lose weight for over a year and because of my hormone issues and other diagnoises, it's just not working out right now. None the less, I have ALWAYS had some junk in the trunk. I have body image issues but I could only imagine what would have happened if they said that to someone that doesn't have the support system I do. This type of thing causes eating disorders, severe spirals into depression and even worse, self inflicted death. If this is what they think is ok for an associate to say then, I'm not spending ANY of my money with them or any store affiliated with them. P.s. I brought this to their attention online and they said they'd call and then didn't call. They're like a bad boyfriend, want you to look a certain way then don't call when they say they will. P.s.s. So like a crazy person I decided to brave Pink Friday last night. Store opened at 10 p.m. and the line was cray. We showed up at 10 because while I wanted to get the cute freebies, I'm just not that dedicated to throwing elbows and running over college girls. Mostly the staff just stood on various tables of clothing and took snap chats and IG photos and tried to stay the eff out of everyone's way. It was complete chaos and despite wanting a few specific items I couldn't find them. Because the staff was literally standing on all the displays I couldn't actually talk to any of them. Finally after waiting in the checkout line I discovered the items I was looking for had been placed behind the register. Sigh. I knew it would be crazy going in but holy hell. Then I get home excited about my purchases and 2 items still have theft sensors on them. After calling the store I've found out I have to go back to this particular VS to have them removed. The only reason why I took away a star was because during checkout, my cashier was extremely nice. I had a coupon for 20% off of 1 item. Both of my items were sale items. The other cashier told me I couldn't use my coupon (only on regular price items). I think she was upset form dealing with an unpleasant customer. However, my cashier still applied my coupon to one of my items. But other than that, all of the associates were very pleasant & greeted my daughter & I upon entering the store. Came tonight to get a few things because of the promotion with the free water bottle. I came in at 815 and there were two employees folding clothes at the front cussing about college and how she didn't get accepted anywhere and the guy agreeing with her. Nobody said hello, or what can I help you find. I know they close at 9 I and I knew exactly what I wanted to get but didn't know where it would be and didn't want to take long since I understand they closed soon. I circled around for a few minutes and found what I needed but needed to try one thing on I looked around for someone to let me in a room and couldn't find anyone on the whole Pink side by the registers or even organizing something. I finally just took my top off (luckily I had a tank under) and changed in the hallway. I love VS and shop all the time and have been to several locations, maybe it was on off night but I was not happy. I was not the only customer there either, actually quite a few that they had to call for back up at checkout on the VS beauty side. I had electronic gift cards printed online and the guy said "these don't work, they are for online only". This day, printing out gift cards is actually very commom, so I was baffled by his response. I had to point out and read the fine print. He kept telling me they aren't accepted in store. At this point, he should have called a manager. Luckily the girl next to him overheard and helped. A gift card didn't go through for some reason but the other worked fine. He proceeded to tell the girl that they don't work because they are for online purchases only and she corrected him. This is very disappointing for such a huge company. I didn't get her name but she was very sweet and knowledgeable and was actually the only one talking to customers. I go here for my free undie and go home with 5 more panties and a bra. Who could resist their cute, sexy and comfortable selection? That's right...COMFY --- the best ass FLOSS I've ever had. Their lace undies are super soft, but durable (not the itchy kind). They have a huge selection of undies from boyshorts to thongs. Sorry no granny panties at PINK. I've been going to this VS for years now and used to be they have so so customer service, but something has changed! I recently went there and their customer service was amazing. There were so many sales associates available to help. The associates working at Pink were extrememly helpful and super friendly. read more

I had a wonderful experience this past weekend! I wasn't sure of my bra size so I asked an employee if they could help me and I was met with a smile and great service! This was not my first visit to this particular store but I am sorry to say that I was treated very very badly here yesterday, 11/21/15 around 7pm. I was in the dressing room and I must have pressed the help button atleast four times and waited almost 20mins in there waiting to be helped. I poked my head outside multiple times and got Lindsey s attention and she kept saying she would get to me. Twenty minutes later I left the dressing room. Was it because I was trying out something inexpensive? Did she forget a customer in spite of getting her attention multiple times? I complained to a girl in the front desk and she had the audacity to tell me that they are busy during the holidays. Very very poor customer service. read more

Went here to get fitted last week & it seemed like a pleasant experience, however i came back today to browse around with a friend since last week i came super late & the store was almost closing and chaotic. My friend & I took a mirror selfie and as we were walking out an employee screamed at us to come back in and ran from more than half way across the store as if we were 'stealing'. It angered me but i walked back in since i know i did NOT do anything wrong and looked at her and said "what?!". She then realized that we did not do anything or as i assume she thought we were stealing. She then proceeded to make up a sad excuse to make up for her poor judgement & told me my bra was peeking out in the back & proceeded to touch me & fix it without my consent! I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable that i sarcastically said thanks and got out of there as fast as i could. I love VS because I know manufacturing & quality standards of products is high. However, the last few times I've been to the Parks Mall VS location, it's been a disorganized mess and plain dirty. Definitely not a pleasant shopping experience. I've walked out all times but, yest, I was literally disgusted. I dread going to this Victorias Secret. There are some nice employees there but it is very rare. Most of interactions with the ladies that have worked here are negative. They are often times caddy and rude to me. There was a specific incident during a promotion VS was having where customers could try on a bra and receive a free panty that I participated in. As I was handing the bra back to the fitting room lady she turned to her co-worker and said "this is such a stupid promotion." I later found out that she was the assistant manager. Awesome employees. I also dont understand why they have the PINK cashier system. They never have it open. The lines at this store are ALWAYS long and slow probably because their employees are always arguing with customers and do not know their store policies (especially regarding price adjustments.) Save yourself time and frustration- avoid this VS store and go to the Ft. Worth location. They are great there! read more
