Angel is a literal angel. Helped me with sizing after I noticed nothing I had at home fit me anymore. She had outstanding knowledge and recommendations. The closest Victoria's Secret near me is the Kenwood location. I was really bummed that they closed the one in Oakley. We happened to be in the area so might as well take advantage of checking it out. This location is bigger and has more of a selection. The store is very organized and fully stocked. Whatever size I need, they have it. If not in stock, they are able to order it. Pricing is reasonable and they are always having some kind of sale. At the time I went, I was not greeted. My only con is check out is pretty slow. But overall, Victoria's Secret is solid and great quality. I'll always shop here. read more

I have consistently had a poor experience at this location. While it is nice and has a bigger selection than most, the staff and customer service here is really what is lacking. The past several visits were simply to return an online order. The wait times were almost 30 minutes or more each time which was ridiculous. This especially gave me anxiety during Covid to which I try to avoid most indoor places or just quick in and outs. I was simply hoping to save on return shipping. Most recently once I reached the cash register, the woman helping me was kind, but seemed very confused and slow for a simple return. Luckily the return went through fine, but my gosh, ridiculous amount of time to spend on a weekday even! There were tons of staff not on the registers milling around btw. read more

The selection My one pet peeve about all Victoria Secret Stores is they don't have much of a selection for my particular (smaller) size. It gets old having to order on mine and return when they don't fit. It would be much better if the had a wider selection of smaller sizes. So, this is a guy's take on Victoria's Secret. Note, I went there with my wife. When we walked in, we were greeted by girls who were pretty enthusiastic about customers coming in early afternoon on a week day. Rightfully so, because the store was pretty empty at the time. A slight digression: why aren't there any guys working here? Anyway, we were immediately reminded of why my wife stopped shopping here. There was this obnoxiously sweet smell in the air that had come to define VS. On this particular trip, I accompanied my wife to get some good ol' fashioned undies. Nothing terribly risque. To that end, VS delivered, this time. You see, my wife had been complaining for years that VS's overall sense of style had grown a little too edgy for her. Plain undies that are both comfortable and have an understated elegance (her words, not mine) have become an endangered species here. Our expectations were low, though my eyes tended to wander high (large video monitors with videos of VS angels struttin' their stuff). Long story short, we (well, she) found five pairs of undies that were reasonably priced and in a style she found to strike a good balance between appealing and elegant. I do have a recommendation, though. VS should probably have some sort of signage informing their patrons just what kind of fabric is "modal." Most people who are looking for cotton would be confused by it. You see, modal is a type of fabric that is made from cellulose of a tree. It is supposedly softer, stronger, and more absorbent than cotton. However, because the production process requires a lot of chemicals to breakdown tree fibers to cellulose, modal is considered synthetic. Of course, most people visiting VS probably couldn't care any less about cotton vs. modal and instead care more about just how well undies fit and accentuate their assets. I guess on that note, perhaps nerdy signage detailing what is modal would probably take away from the sexy "red light special" mood VS is trying to maintain. I used to love shopping at this location! The GM was super friendly and easy for returns or adjustments. Megan is now the manager and just doesn't seem cut out for the job. She yelled at me saying she can't adjust everyone receipt bc a sale happens the next day. It isn't policy. Very disrespectful to customers. I had to call customer service to get my adjustment. What took over two hours to do. I am a GM OF A STORE AND WOULD NEVER SAY THE that stuff SHE SAYS to customers. I can see she is total stressed out bc when I got to the counter she was already crying. read more

I love this store in general, but I really appreciate this location in particular. Located in the Liberty Center, this store has some of the best service I have ever received. I've been here a number of times, and have always experienced really great service. The product here is great quality and they have a lot of the difficult to find sizes. Plus, they are really encouraging about getting measured to find your ideal size. Accessories and makeup are pretty great quality as well. read more

This is my first experience at this location. The ladies working the floor were all very helpful and nice. I was measured and then helped to find the right bra type I was looking for. But when I went to check out, there was only one person working the registers even though there was quite a line and she was not friendly or pleasant in the slightest. She practically threw my bag at me when she was done checking me out and moved on to the next customer before I could even gather my stuff and walk away. Then I realized she only gave me 30% off my one item instead of the 40% I should have gotten for using my VS credit card. I am going to have to go back anyway and return part of my purchase (only a few days later) because the bra has started falling apart already. Not to mention the fact that while I was in the fitting room, I heard one employee complaining to another employee about a customer. I've worked retail before, so I know how there are just some customers that are completely ridiculous, but you do not complain about them in an area where other customers can hear you. read more

Misinformed sales reps! Apart from the fragrances being so disorganized- took me about 30 min to pick lotions because they didn't have the sprays with it...I can organize those better- it would only take 20 min to do so! Anyways, at the register I was told I would get 40% off if I used my Angel card, the clerk next to her told her to give me a $5 to Starbucks instead! And so she did! I also couldn't get help and asking for a certain lotion the sales person told me whatever they had there as to "you look for it through all that mess yourself!" read more
