The store had a good layout and the fitting room greeter was nice. The girl working the register in the pink area/section was so beyond rude. She was trying to look up my credit card bc I'm traveling and I didn't have mine on me. When it wasn't coming up she looked at me w a bad attitude bc I said can you call someone to find it? And she said who would you like me to call?? As if I'd know?? Then she just shoved the bag at me and threw the tissue on it. She was just very uninterested in helping anyone and shouldn't be in a customer service job acting like that. read more

There is nothing like good service. This VS is huge! It can be overwhelming when you walk in. But I was quickly greeted and walked to the area I needed. Once there, another associate came over to help me. I had a handful of bras and she politely mentioned that I wasn't getting the correct size. Well I have been in the same size for many years, but she was right. She measured me and told me what size I should be in and she was right. The store itself is smaller than the one at Somerset, Macomb, and Partridge Creek so there was less in stock when I came here. I was unable to find what I was searching for, which was frustrating since Somerset had so much of it in stock when I went the day prior. I also wasn't asked if I needed assistance finding an item, etc. But there was only one woman working and she was busy at the register. I'd rather just shop at Victoria's Secret instead of Pink next time if it's this empty. read more

This is probably the nicer and cleaner of the Victoria's Secrets in the area. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Store is clean and there isn't clothes all over the floor. Place is really organized and everything is sized properly on racks. If they don't have a specific item in stock in your color or size you can go up to the register and you can purchase the items online to be shipped to your house for free. Works out since the cheapest shipping rate for Victoria's Secret is $5.99 and it only goes up from there! This is my go to Victoria's Secret/Pink store, especially with such a wide selection. read more

We have been customers for over 30 years at various locations. We have spent a pretty penny. We have had mediocre service and good at best. Today we had excellence. An employee at this location named Columbia (sp) was absolutely refreshing: engaging, personable, great eye contact, warm, knowledgeable, determined. Not once did she seem frustrated as we spent at least half an hour getting fitted, finding bras, finding good deals, finding the right fit and size (over and over). We barely even had to contact her again for more help- she always made herself available, had new options for us and made us comfortable that we were not burdening her as she would always help. She went above and beyond by going through bins for us for at least 10-15 minutes a time, while explaining the various types of new bras and what makes them unique and finding the exact fit at the end - despite our various tries with not only other employees of yours that various day - but other brands - that which we've sought for years! Columbia alone made us believe in Victoria's Secret again - no joke. We have had a wandering eye towards other brands as of late and her sheer determination to find the perfect pieces for two of us who are often overlooked changed that alone. I was surprised to find out Columbia just began with your company two weeks ago. She has certainly been the best employee at your various locations (not just this state) we have ever experienced. Honestly - her spirit made our special outing/ day. Please do what you can to keep her! (With her acumen, she appears to be a good fit for a much higher position than floor - ie/ Corporate.) read more

I haven't been to this location in awhile. I can't remember where it was, but it seems like they moved spots. This store is extremely small compared to what it was and most other VS stores. The front half of the store was all PINK stuff. I came here for one thing, and I found it. I was approached by several sales staff, which was sort of annoying. I don't usually encounter this in the bigger stores. I think they were bored. I'm not even sure. Maybe it's because I've been in retail, but it was very clear that they were not interested in helping me. They were interested in building a sale & increased their unit per sale quota. Even the cashier told me that panties were 7 for $26. I just killed their unit per sale number with my single item purchase. At least she didn't try to get me to sign up for their credit card. 3 stars simply because I like VS, and they had what I came in for. read more

The lovely ladies at the Partridge Creek VS always make my shopping experience fun and that is how it should be (when shopping for intimates that is!)! I would ESPECIALLY like to give a huge shout out to Alex and Sierra for being so sweet to me as soon as I walked in the door today. I worked in retail when I was in college so I really do appreciate nice, welcoming sales associates. There are stores who need to take notes from you guys (or whom ever trained you on client etiquette) because you guys are always on point! Thank you so much ladies! Victoria secret used to be one of my go to shopping places for many things, and this was probably the worst experience I've had in the 8 years I've enrolled in a platinum card. My friend and I went in there just to get resized and we ended up buying things of course. How can you not? Haha. Liah was the one who measured us and she was super friendly and very informative on the promotions and bra types. As my friend was trying on bras, I was sitting in the waiting area in the changing room and they conviently placed a rack full of their products, such as lotions and sprays. I like VS undies. I don't care they have a racket going. I'd give them 5 stars but the 1 thing that does bother me, never changes-the lonnggg lines. VS is always busy, and always only 1 section of registers open. Tonight, on a balmy 70+ in mid-November, it seemed most of Clinton & Macomb were out getting a jump on Christmas shopping. VS had only 2 registers going. I complained, and the ladies surrounding me stared huffing & puffing, and eventually 2 more clerks helped ring. I was encouraged to do a 5/deal but I said I didn't want to go back to look, as it would hold up the line. I was also told I was entitled to a freebie if I wanted to go back and select. I repeated what I said about holding up the line. On my way out, a lady asked if everything worked out for me. I hesitated. She encouraged me to continue. I had a great experience here in august 2013. After having a baby I needed to restock in new sizes and totally different fits. I'm unfamiliar with their 50 diff styles but none the less I had a really great sales girl in the dressing room. Actually two. They brought me about 20 diff styles until I was able to choose the one I feel most comfortable in. And they actually got my 36ddd right opposed to the young moron at lakeside who tried to tell me I'm a 32b. I looked at the girl at lakeside and walked right out. But id def go back to partridge. Yes the line sucks. But I'm a retail store manager and unfortunately vs has some crazy regulations on people on register versus people on the floor. And their prices seem to kill me more and more every year lol read more

I used to shop here all the time with my puppy because of the "dog mall" but they get changed there rules and no longer allow dogs like the other stores in the mall .... So one less store to spend my money at. read more

Although this is a nice store. A couple weeks ago I walked in planning on buying some items. I was in need of assistance. I must have walked by at least 4 staff associates. Not one asked if I needed help. They were all talking amongst themselves. Customer service was out the window. There was none. Yes, I could have asked for help,however,I guess I expected more when u actually have money to plunk down and no one helps you. I spent my money elsewhere that day. I absolutely love this Victoria's Secret. I had two wonderful SA's help me out with my purchase today. Their names were Brittany and Anicth (?) Both were very personable! Victoria's Secret should give them a raise! Probably the best Victoria's Secret experience I've had thus far... and I've been to several different Victoria's Secrets and had horrible experiences!
