The girl that was working Nov 6 hung it on a holder and looked at it up, down, inside out front, back, edges. I've never seen anyone ever look at a dress like it was counterfeit money. The employee was a tall young skinny girl that was passive aggressive with me and said we can't return your money because it has runs and scuffs. I said look at all of your dresses this is how they come. I grabbed dresses randomly from the rack and showed her that they all had scuffs and runs. She said sorry return it back online and that was it. Apart that the dresses were damaged the customer service was poor. I definitely won't recommend any of my daughter's friends parents to shop there.

First, I am a clothing manufacturer that produces overseas. I bought some items from them and had a problem with the last piece. It did not fit and it was not cut to size -- meaning to a size chart. The closure on the piece was on the garment. I was told if I sent it back but it was deemed damaged they would give back the shipping. guess what they got the piece back and told me it was a true fitm yes for a barbie and it was my fault about the closure on the back . I was lucky to get a refund. I recommended their boutique to a friend who became a customer. I know if there is a response it will be that they said I could send it back over two weeks with my friend. I did not know when I would see her and spent one hour at a post office paying to send it back. I told Meagan the manager, who said you should come try clothes on instead of ordering online. I live two hours away and that's why I ordered it online. My friend who is local came to pick it up. I told her based on my experience I would not be shopping there anymore and nor would my friend. She said she did not care that was my choice and to have a good day. Then you wonder why small businesses suffer. I love the bubble tea place they have and ALWAYS get one when I'm at the mall. They have fun little rides for kids and kids events. There's plenty of free parking all around the mall. Unlike other malls, here you don't get harassed by these stands in the middle any more.

Christy (the owner) and the girls are always very friendly and helpful. Christy travels to LA one to two times a month to find all the pretty stuff for the store, so she's not around as much as she used to be when I first started going there. But she also has great help now and can leave the store in their hands. I would say about half my clothes and shoes are from here. Like I told some friends today, I am a walking advertisement for Angel Boutique! Lol
