I was in the area, looking around, doing touristy things. I was about to leave but decided to look in Sephora. I was with my mom and we went looking, not having anything in mind. My mom then asked a nearby worker about a face cream for her. One thing led to another and I was asking advice about products for my acne prone skin. The worker (don't know her name) provided SEVERAL helpful tips. She shared with me her experiences and advice from dermatologists, gave me products that helped her. I have been strictly using all Differin products (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) for nearly 2 years. It helped significantly but not completely. She suggested "in beauty project keep it clean cleanser" and "tower 28 sos daily rescue facial spray" and "facial radiance pads with glycolic + lactic acids" and "superfood air-whip moisture cream by youth to the people". My representative was very knowledgeable, I honestly forgot her name but she was the sweetest. I ended up getting almost everything I needed to complete my make up routine. The rest of the items that they did not have in stock they were able to help me source and order online so I can have them at my house by Monday hopefully. I come here all the time and each time the old security guard follows me around, looking over displays, hiding to watch me! I don't know if it is because I normally come in and spend time looking at everything or what. But it's extremely uncomfortable. I feel like I am stealing (which I'm not) the way I am being watched. First of all let me start by saying I absolutely do NOT ever do reviews like none but the service I received in this specific Sephora establishment today ( and I am a regular at Sephora ) was disgusting !!!! So first when we walked in we were not greeted even though there were about 6 people in the store , including my 2 friends and the workers . Okay cool no big deal then when we started to look and shop we happened to notice that we were being followed by not only the security but the workers as well . Then when I guess she saw how uncomfortable I was and how I was looking for a specific item she very dryly asked " you need help ? " I responded yes I was looking for a specific lip palette and she pointed at a row of lip sticks nowhere near what I was looking for walked away and didn't follow up with me . Then after being followed around another 5 minutes I decided that I would much rather order something online then be profiled in a store I buy things from on the regular , then when my friend decided to purchase a item we waited at the register for 10 minutes before someone came . You would think after being followed for 30 minutes surely someone would already be there . I'm honestly very very very very disgusted and won't be back To this location any time soon . read more

I've been to this establishment multiple times before and today I was beyond disappointed. As soon I as I stepped foot in the door security and management were on my tail following me around the store . I felt uncomfortable as well as disappointed that I was profiled In a store I've previously bought from on multiple occasions. The customer service was terrible . Beautiful store with wonderful selection. However, the customer service is lacking. During my visit I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Disappointing considering few customers. When I asked an employee if I could get my ColorIQ, she was not happy. She had me wait while she went around the store replacing all the wire baskets. My interaction with her was disappointing. I do not believe my ColorIQ is correct, it didn't seem she was familiar using the device. She did not offer to help me with a new foundation choice. And she told me that this store doesn't do events or offer free services/classes. The sales rep suggested another location! Checking Sephora's website, this is incorrect.
