The manager (Adrienne) is NASTY. I asked her a question about an item I was looking for and she told me to look for myself, everything is on the floor. Then I asked about the clearance sticker colors and she said that system changed a year ago, in a way that made me feel really dumb! But honestly-- I haven't need to come here in a year, I don't work here, I just didn't know it changed. Honestly, this DSW is hit or miss. In a sea of shoes I often find myself leaving empty handed. However, today after a long hiatus of visiting I finally stopped in. I found a great pair of shoes and had lovely service right before closing time. Nothing like the thrill of snagging what you need before a trip. If you want a decent pair of shoes for a good price, DSW is your place to go. This DSW is located in Miracle Marketplace on the second floor. You can find it in between Nordstrom Rack and ULTA. Overall, a good combination of stores. Anyhow, I like this DSW, but it isn't my favorite. I find it small compared to the one in Kendall. Still, I once in awhile find something I like, the service is great, and I often order shoes at the DSW website and get them delivered there. One of my favorites shoe stores in Coral Way they always have plenty options and brands, today I went with my friend for her trip shoes and I went out with 2 pairs for me () actually we found what she was looking for and much more!!!! The had a great customer service many people working on different areas always aware of what customer would need. After 45 minutes of deciding we get the cashier to find out that one of the pairs that my friend chooses doesn't have the same size for both feet and guess what? It was the last pair! So the didn't had de 6.5 or 7 for both feet and the can't sell it my friend ask the cashier to sell it that way because she was ok with it (even better for her actually) but they said no so instead they offer to get the right pair in another store and 20% off (not bad for a $100 pair) He called the nearest store, ask about the shoes, the hold it, we drive 15min, got the pair and the discount! I just came to get a pair of shoes because the app shows closing time at 10:00pm. When we arrived at the door at 9:16pm doors were locked. There happened to be 2 employees at the register and I waved at them to inquire about the closing time to just be totally ignored. As we walked to the elevators they happened to exit the store. I proceeded to kindly inform that their app had a closing time of 10:00pm, and suggested to get it corrected. The gentleman (not quite a gentleman) didn't even bother to look at it and his response was "I would never close at 10:00pm, so it is closed as of 9:00pm, and I don't look a the nor manage it, sooo..." and nodded as he walked away. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. Forget costumer service and much les kindness and politeness. I will for sure find out his name and hopefully management will chose better employees. He has no retail business skills. read more

Its not my favorite location but they've surprised me sometimes with their inventory making the trip here worthwhile. Ok my last visit, I noticed that the items were very passé and I couldn't find exactly what I came looking for. The parking here is both a gift and a curse. It's very narrow to get up the steep ramp but once you successfully find a spot, you're an elevator trip away from plenty of retail stores all within walking distance. For shoes, this place usually can't be beat. However, I find their inventory is more limited than their other locations which cause my shopping here to vary between successful purchases or complete let down. This is a congested place to access. If you're lucky enough to score one of the very few ground level meter spots, I'd say it's worth it. Keep your receipt and shoe box in the event that a return is required. read more

I just made the best clothing purchase I've ever made in my life here. I needed a pair of black dress shoes for work and I found a great pair of men's wingtip Cole Haan's. They're really beautiful. But, I couldn't find my size, wouldn't you know!? Disappointed, I thought I would go & look at the clearance rack. And there they were.... & in my size! The regular price was $300. The DSW price was $129. They were on the clearance rack for 50% off of the $129, Lowering the price, yet again, to $64.50. I got up to the counter & the clerk told me they were running a special promotion sale of 30% more off. So, now these brogues are going to cost me $45.15. But, alas, the clerk looked into my account (I've been a DSW customer for years) & he looked at me & said that I had a $10 coupon. I responded, "Let's do it!" I didn't really like this location. There isn't enough variety as in other stores so my visit was very short as I couldn't find the style I was looking for. The parking garage is a mess to get in and out. It's very narrow at the entrance/exit and it gets really crowded because of LA Fitness. TIP!! I was here early today trying to return a pair of shoes without a receipt. The staff made it super easy and pain free- THANK YOU! I fully expecting to have to battle and beg the staff to expect my return, but they bent over backwards. Since, I had used my DSW member number they were able to look up my purchase with corporate. Corporate then emailed a copy of my receipt to the store. I received my full purchase price back on my husband's credit card (he purchased the shoes)!!! The employees were super nice and helpful about the whole situation. It was a refreshing experience in Miami. However, the parking garage at the Miracle Marketplace drives me NUTS! I adore dsw! There's always a good deals somewhere somehow. The sales associates at this particular location are pleasant and helpful and the store itself it fairly organized. Compared to the Aventura location the selection isn't as broad but I'm not complaining. Theres always a good find, at a good price, and if you can't find your size they'll order it for you at customer service.
