I went into Victoria's Secret today expecting a normal bra fitting experience, and it was honestly really disappointing. My friend and I couldn't find anyone to help us, so we went up front to ask. One employee with a measuring tape walked us all around the store trying to find someone, which already felt unorganized. When we were finally taken to an associate named Mary for measurements, her attitude was extremely rude from the start. She was visibly annoyed, huffing and rolling her eyes, and made negative comments while measuring my friend--saying things like the sizing wouldn't be right because of a sports bra, but in a very dismissive tone. After measuring my friend, she immediately put her measuring tape away like she was done. When my friend mentioned that I also needed to be measured, Mary rolled her eyes and huffed before doing it, making it very clear she didn't want to help. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. We ended up leaving without buying anything because of how poorly we were treated. read more

Came here with my gf today to get some underwear. You'd think it be a lot of fun since it's Victoria's Secret. We were greeted upon entry but then zero customer service. The store is a mess! No one working the floor to ensure sizes are organized. There were papers and other worker tools on displays and such. The drawers with merchandise didn't match sizes listed and were all jumbled up. There was a 50% SALE rack but with very few size selection. When checking out, there is the displays for sprays and the tops of all of them were FILTHY, so dusty! Very disappointing as there were employees not doing much instead of taking care of the store. If we go back, because the merchandise is still VS -I really hope it is clean or I'll take pictures. 3 stars because of the product, not experience. read more

We checked out at 4:07. Purchased bras & panties. I tried on the bras while at another store & walked back to VS/Pink at 5:34. There was a flicker of power in the mail & the computers went down. The ladies at the VS store told me it would take 30 mins for the computers to come back up & they were closing at 6 so I was told I would have to come back. I drove over 1.5 hrs specifically to come to VS. The store associates were rude at VS. My mom went back to help and when we arrived at 5:36 their doors were closed for VS. now I have products that don't work for me. I asked to be fitted and she put the tape around my bra, tee & sweatshirt at the breast only. Of course that wouldn't give a true size. There's no fitting room at your location. So it was a fail all the way around! 3 bras purchased & none of them work. Very disappointed. read more

The Visible Plunge bra is Ah-Mazing! Super comfy, and a great every day bra. The Staff at VS South Point are wonderful really helpful, polite and friendly. I was offered a fitting by Alia, really nice. I'll definitely be back for future purchases, she helped me pick out this really cute leatherette teddy. I can't wait to wear it out. read more

Huge layout and nice selection but the salespeople on the floor weren't the greatest. No one greeted me when I entered or gave me the speech-my name is,our sales are...one did ask if I needed help but only because I was a few feet away from her. I used to work for Vikis Secret years ago and remember we were supposed to say our name, offer a bag, discuss promotions, etc. the ladies at the check out were nice but I've been noticing a decline in customer service skills with Victoria's Secret in general. It's making me do all of my shopping online. read more

Plus, I've never met a friendly sales associate at this location and the lines for checkout are always long and even if they aren't long, it still takes forever to check out. I always come here for bras as they best fit me here. I always make sure I get fitted to get the best bra. This is actually the third time I've come in here and the customer service has been subpar, but this is my first posting about this. The two sales people didn't acknowledge me waiting to get into the fitting rooms for a few minutes. They weren't busy with clients on this day. I asked to be fitted and she just said a room is open. I waited and she didn't come fit me. I went in the hallway, she ignored me, and then I asked the other salesperson. And that was that. She didn't help me about any bras. They just didn't care. This review was tricky to write. I will first say I have ALWAYS received stellar customer service from this location and it is always clean. When I walk in there are constantly employees straightening up the merchandise and eager to assist. They also give your their name should you need assistance later. One of my gripes with VS as a company is their lack of representation for people of color. They have huge displays of their models everywhere and it's very homogeneous. At some point, they really need to have a more diverse representation. My grouse with THIS STORE is there is ALLLWAYS a long line. I know they cannot help the traffic but the line moves so slow. I often spend more time in line than I do shopping. And do not even THINK about coming during a promotion, sale, or giveaway. Dear gawd just bring your tent and canteen, it'll be a while. Calling is a hit or miss... there is no in between, I either get helped right away or left on hold long enough to make up lyrics to the music. Also, this store rarely participates in the extended hours during company promotions that other stores do. That's why they get 3 stars from me. If they could somehow improve the checkout process and be more diverse I could bump up my review. read more

Called ahead of time asking questions about Spring/Summer PJ's and Store Promotions. I spoke with Emily who was extremely helpful and bubbly. Decided to stop by the VS Southpoint location based on the aforementioned conversation. After arriving, we found Emily, who was equally as helpful in person. I opened an Angel card, making me Angelic, and giving me $15 toward my purchase. We were able to buy PJ'S, Tank Top, 1 pair Unmentionables, Small bottle of body spray. Upon checking out we received $20 VS cash, and a VS Tote. All in for less than a 100 bonz. Great service by Emily both on the phone and in person, great value, and a great shopping experience. I took my daughter and grand baby to the mall today. I specifically wanted to hit Victoria's Secret. We walk in and a Hispanic lady greeted us. She was at a cart putting out things. We walk around the store and are now on the side where the lady is. I pick up a pair of panties to look at them and holy crap. The Hispanic lady practically yells at me that all the display panties are mediums. And? I wasn't looking at the size. I wanted to see what was on them. First you have no idea who I'm shopping for. It could've been myself, my daughters, a family member or friend that's not with me. Secondly, snap at my husband, a Marine Veteran with PTSD and see what happens. The last person got his ass kicked. You just don't know. I threw the panties back on the table and told my daughter forget it. I didn't want to buy anything from there. My daughter couldn't believe how RUDE the lady was and that I didn't chew her out for being so nasty. My husband said I should've thrown the panties in her face and then left. I've lost weight and my husband told me to just replace all my bras and panties as that WAS my plan today. I guess her rudeness saved him money. I just wish I hadn't wasted my time. read more

I'm not a fan of Victoria's Secret in general, but I took a chance during their semi-annual sale shortly after the new year and was really impressed with this store. The place was a CIRCUS, but the ladies working there were calm, friendly, and helpful while keeping the store as organized as possible. While in the *very long* line to try some stuff on, a sales associate offered us catalogs to flip through and kept checking up on us. The fitting room attendants were so sweet, even though it was clear they were under a lot of pressure to get folks in and out as quickly as possible. This is one of the busiest VS locations I have ever encountered. They have a decent stock of the items but not the best. I prefer the North Gate location because no one ever goes there and that place is almost empty single time I visit. I get full service about 90% of the time I pop in randomly. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Unfortunately, That's no exaggeration! Have been MANY MANY times over the past year especially, and without fail, every time, there's one person (if that) at the register, 5 people out "folding" clothes, chatting w each other or just walking around doing mindless and unnecessary tasks while there's a growing line and they couldn't care less. Several times I've had to ask the people on the floor if there was another cashier and they say, oh there's another one around here somewhere.... every one in line is thinking the same thing and It's completely unacceptable!! The manager was there one day, completely ignored the line started picking up the little perfume swatches instead of helping. How pathetic. I have been to many VS stores and this one is by far the best one I have been too as far as customer service goes. I was here over the weekend and I had at least five different VS employees approach me to see if I needed help. All of the women were so genuine and friendly . The attendants working the fitting rooms were also very friendly. They were busy on a Saturday, but still maintained that high customer service level. I purchased two bras and 6 pairs of underwear and left very happy. I would recommend visiting this VS store to anyone in the area. I also like that they have a huge selection to choose from. It's a pretty spacious store. The only thing I think that needs improvement is the retail line. It's unorganized and seems like it takes too long to check out. read more

Clean, well organized displays with plenty of merchandise in every size. I've been to this store during their sales weeks, and the same is still true. Their staff members are helpful without being too pushy, which is a huge plus for me! Friendly, helpful but not over bearing staff. Pretty good sized store with a large selection. If you park by nordstroms it's right there. I actually parked in between jc penny's and belk and went in under the southpoint mall sign. It wasn't a long walk at all to vs at the lower level. read more

I am usually pleased when I go to VS. They have bras that fit great. I just wanted to mention that I had an exceptional experience yesterday when I went in to buy new bras. Dianne helped me and I could not be more pleased. She was very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. It's too bad I can't give this place zero stars--the customer service is atrocious, the worst I've ever had at a VS store before! I went in to buy a new bra as I had changed sizes and NONE of the SIX employees who were standing around idly greeted me or offered their assistance. I had to hunt someone down to get into a fitting room, and no one came to check on me. I overheard one employee doing a bra fitting/sizing for another customer and it was evident to me that she didn't even know what she was doing. The person at the register asked who had helped me and, when I said no one had and that I did not have a good experience, she just looked at me and said nothing. It's clear that no one at this store cares about his or her job, and it's ridiculous that they're even allowed to interact with people because they made it seem like my presence there was both unwanted and a burden. I ended up buying a bra because I needed one, but I will be getting more at another location and hope I never have to come back. read more
