THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I came into the store at 8:25pm I've been at work all day . They close at 9pm. Got the notification from VS saying they had 10 for $40 panties ! I cant go any other day bc I work all weekend long! So I was so excited ! But as I was shopping the manager LILY kept rushing me. Reminding me of how much time I had left. LILY: 15mins... 10minss... 8 mins.. 6mins... 5mins LILY had an attitude the whollle time !!! LILY kept telling me to hurry up and go to the register . Honestly probably the worst Victoria's Secret I've been to. There's only one check out area in the middle of the store and you are waiting forever to cash out. Not to mention i felt rushed when i came in for exchange and she did short me on the receipt. I went there a week before and tried to get help in the fitting room and the girls that were working there just kept ignoring me and not caring at all and one of the customers noticed as well and offered to help me. Walked in at 8:50....get immediately told they're closed. No "Can I help you?" or like we do at my work and let people know "Hey we close in 10 minutes so if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask."...Just "Hey we're closed, we're just letting people out."...She was very polite about it, so credit given where it's due at least. Your Google listings say you are open even as I type this review. I'm sure all the employees are nice and helpful and all that good stuff, but basically telling me to kick rocks when I walk in the door close to closing is pretty lame service. We were visiting from Hawai'i island and decided to pop-in and grab some items. The store was nice and clean and we were greeted as we entered. A sales associate was helpful and we found some pretty pieces, however, when we tried to check-out we were turned away from one register because the associate said she wasn't open and was just trying to help a customer resolve an issue. We were directed to the registers on other side (PINK). They only had two registers open while the check-out line was at least 10 customers deep. The sales associates at the registers did not appear to be moving with any sense of urgency regardless of the growing line of customers who wanted/needed to purchase something before the store closed. We waited for 20 minutes in the check-out line before leaving without purchasing anything. There were numerous associates on the sales floor, thus, they should have opened more registers. There were at least two more that could have been opened. I have been a customer for years and just wish they would show some love to their VIP members by having a designated check-out for those members. Guess we'll just shop online. read more

Felt uncomfortable and uneasy. I was stressed with how this lady was pushing a credit card on me, that's what it felt like to me, it annoyed me. I recommend being very clear about you don't want a credit card. I shopped mad and left mad, this didn't make my day. I almost left empty handed though but next time I'll try a different location maybe different experience but for right now, I recommend Victoria Secret online shopping and you can always exchange/return it at the store if you want to, shouldn't take long or a different Victoria Secret. This one was at The Avenue. Besides that, got some good stuff and their store is clean and organized. People at the register were awesome though. read more

I was at the Pink store in The Avenues in Murfreesboro. The manager Caylor was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and was kind and friendly and in my opinion is what great customer service is all about! i received a bathrobe for Christmas which I tried to exchange a few days after Christmas. after waiting in a line that was almost the length of the store I was told I couldn't get a store credit and if I didn't want to wait in the line again to come back in 2 or 3 weeks. I went back today and was told my gift receipt wasn't for the robe and without the correct receipt they'd only give me a $20.00 credit. there is a reason I haven't been in one of their stores in years. trust me, I will never go in one again. Have been a life time VS customer. Walked in one night to The Avenue VS and had to hunt someone down to help me. Asking for help was sort of like I was an inconvenience to them. After being "pointed" in the right directions I spent 10 minutes trying to find the bra I had in mind and the correct size. No one offered to help me while majority of the employees were just standing around shooting the shit with each other. I wanted to try a couple bras on but it took a few minutes to find someone to open the door. I was never offered to be measured or if I needed any help. Needless to say, I walked out without a bra and will take my business to another VS even if I have to go out of my way! read more

I had walked into The Avenue VS and had to hunt someone down to help me. When we finally managed to find someone, she made it seem like an inconvenience for her. I had the items I wanted written down with the size and everything so it would be easier to find, but all she did was laugh. She said we would have to order everything online because they didn't have it at the store. When we asked a couple of questions, she answered rudely and did not fully listen to us. We then got a couple of perfumes and headed to the counter at the checkout section. The lady at the counter asked us if we wanted to order anything online, and if so, she could do it for us right then. As we were telling her what we needed, she proceeded to laugh at us. As she was pulling the online VS website, the lady who '' helped'' us came over and whispered to the cashier,'' What did I tell you about helping them.'' We ended up just buying the perfumes and not placing any orders at the store. I recommend trying another location. Horrible customer service, rude employees, and a shitty experience. Either they assumed we do not know English because of the skin color, or they did not care about good business coming to them. If VS does not care about selling the product, shut the store down or make sure people coming through the store are treated as human beings. read more

I love this place! I absolutely hate going to the mall, so finding The Avenue was actually really convenient for me because I can pull up, go where I want, and get out. This particular VS is huge! Unlike some Victoria's Secret stores where the employees actually think they are candidates to become Victoria's Secret Angels models, this one had some really down to earth girls that worked there. This victorias secret is the best. I went yesterday and the service was wonderful. Shortly after I walked in the door I was greeted and I told the greeter what I needed. I had gotten fitted for bras a few months earlier, but the bras were poking my underarm. She sent me back to the fitting room and the young lady, Alex, was waiting for me. She gave me a fitting and gave me a bra suggestion to try on. I put the new (correct size bra) on and it was literally a magical moment for me. She brought me a couple more bras, and even told me what I may and may not like about them before I put them on. I bought 2 bras and some new underwear, and was pleased. I was amazed by the service and will definitely go back here! read more

Very friendly staff and always eager to help! I love going into the store because I know the staff we treat me great! Sometimes the underwear gets messy and you have a hard time sifting through them all to find the correct size but honestly I think that's pretty much all stores that sale underwear. read more

Visiting some friends and we decided to swing by Victoria's secret while I was in town. Excellent customer service! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection and is a good size. I've been in other smaller stores with less inventory so it was pretty nice to shop a store with a large/varied/full inventory. This is my go-to store!!!! Super fantastic treatment every single time I go through those doors. The girls there even know me by my first name. Ariana is my absolute favorite--somehow-she remembers my bra size, she knows my name, remembers my face! Soo sweet and treats me like a queen every time I go in! It is unlike any other store I go into, but every VS store is fabulous--- except for the one inside Stones River Mall stay away from that location and go to the Avenue first you won't be disappointed so sad that it is closed until winter of next year. read more
