Happy St. Paddy's Day. Not the reason we are here, lol. I had some Trader Joe's grocery shopping to do and my wife had some "shopping"... Quality/Quantity - My wife is a regular customer, and daughter now because of my wife. Well my daughter does not really shop here, my wife just buys her everything, lol. Anyways, because my wife is such a regular customer, she gets all this advertising, promotions, etc. It works because it keeps her coming back and spending $$$. I feel this brand is more my/our generation. They also own Pink, which at one time catered to my daughter's generation. Not sure how relevant this brand is anymore?!?! Atmosphere - One of their smaller locations. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week, see Yelp for specific hours. Service - 5 stars. I watched as both cashiers took care of the customers in front of us. And my wife. So customer focused! Price - I remember you being much more expensive. But today's prices seemed reasonable...? So long story short I had an appointment at Apple, but I had to reschedule it so when I was leaving, I went next-door to see if there was any deals at Victoria's Secret before I went home for the day! I got there around 7:10 PM so about an hour to look through the super empty store, when I got there there was two semi younger ladies around 19 or 20 working but they didn't acknowledge me into a solid five minutes of me walking around the empty store. I had seen that they had a members deal that was going on for that day only so I decided to take advantage and I bought multiple bras and multiple panties and even a lingerie set. Throughout the whole time I was there I never was asked if I wanted the fitting room or if I needed help finding anything. I ended up finding a nude bra that I really liked but I couldn't find it myself in black when I was shopping at first so when I was checking out because I saw it was closing time I had asked the girl at the register if they had a black bra in this particular size because I couldn't find it in the back when I was looking And her response was "while I'm checking you out you can go find it." So I go to the back and try to find this black bra in my size and I see another sales associate walk past me going towards the back and I ask her if she can help me find any type of bra in my size that is black just so I can hurry up the process and leave Because I knew it was closing time, and instead of saying yes, and helping me in that 30 seconds, she said to my face that "she has a lot of black bras in a store, but that she really needed to get that register closed so I needed to hurry up." I have worked retail for four years and I have never treated anyone like this. I understand wanting to leave but I also understand that that sale probably went under her name and she didn't help me at all and on top of that she was super rude at the end. To the point where I literally did not even want to give her my business, but it was the end of the day, and I really wanted the deal so I bit the bullet and dealt with it. read more

I drove from Carson to reno Summit to make a return. The store was not busy. I walked up to the counter. One girl looked at me, didn't acknowledge me and turned around to finish what she was doing. The other girl hesitantly came to the counter, and I told her I wanted to make a return. Without looking directly at me, and looking down at the register she said "do you want this back on your card ending in xxxx (she said the numbers). I said "yes". She finished my transaction, never looking at me and after she was done, turned around and went about her business!!!! For crimany sakes!!!! Why do you stores that I love shopping at hire those 19 and 20 year old self indulgent, self centered and rude girls!!! WHY?? This place cannot seem to get it right. They go from being a bit over the top with pushy customer service, to my experience this past Saturday April 16th. There were only a very small number of customers in the store; the girl up by the front door did not say hello as I walked in the door, nor did she make any eye contact or attempts to outreach at any other point we crossed paths in the deserted store. Upon finding my items and going to the register I was not greeted with a hello, a how are you, or any pleasantries one might expect when getting ready to fork out money on overpriced under garments. Upon completion of the transaction, instead of a "thank you" the cashier said "here you go". After which I said thank you. VS Girls: get a clue! Your job is dependent upon customers coming in to your store front! Especially in this day and age, post Covid where on line shopping exploded. Greet your customers! I was pretty disappointed with this Victoria's Secret. Mostly because of the customer service. I love lingerie, and am somewhat picky, but I love so much lingerie that it isn't hard for me to find something lovely to buy. I almost never walk into a shop and don't find at least one or two things. But I do appreciate it when the employees are helpful. I looked for something cute in a certain style and the girl just said, "Yeah, we don't have anything". But I kept looking around and did find a couple things in that style. She could have at least tried or at least suggested something. She was crabby with me too and not friendly at all. I nearly gave up and walked out, but I hate to waste my time. So I did get myself something cute. As a plus, the store was fairly organized and generally well stocked. I wish there were some cute independent lingerie stores in Reno though. But she was so rude and disrespectful, ive never had a worse experience, i usually go and see Nicole, because shes always super eager to help and really cares about her customers, unlike Bailey. I simply asked for a fitting and she blew me off, she didnt help me with anything, she was on her phone the whole time. Your in customer service, its your job to take care of your customers. Quite possibly the worst VS store I've been in. Each time I'm in, there's another disappointing experience. Went to go exchange something today, and it took well over 30 minutes. Not including the time I spent in line. The girl was new and had been there only a week which I completely understand. I was more frustrated that not one of her colleagues offered to help her no matter how many times she kindly asked for help. Not even the manager on duty. The manager on duty came over and didn't offer any help. She stood there and looked completely irritated... I felt so bad for the new girl. The manager wandered off without even helping her new employee. She also really didn't take into consideration how long I had been standing there patiently just to make an exchange. A little over 30 minutes later I finally got to leave. The girl that had been helping me was very apologetic and thanked me for being so patient with her. Pretty unbelievable. Horrible management, lack of training and assistance. Not only was the new employee left frazzled and stressed, so was I, the customer. I love this location! The one at the mall is usually a mad house, and I like I little peace when I'm shopping. I went in over the weekend for a particular bra (men, feel free to stop reading!). I wanted to replace my racer-back bra that I bought there that I LOVE, but they don't last forever, sadly. The one I had has a clip on one of the straps so you can wear it the traditional way, or clip the straps together to make it become a racer-back (GENIUS!). The moment I walked in, there was an employee in the lobby area who greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. I was in the mood to browse, so I said no thank you, and made my way through the store. Once I got to the back of the store, another employee asked me if I needed help, so I told her what I wanted, and she happily pointed it out to me. She then asked to show me a different line of bras that become racer-backs, but by swapping the straps. She explained the benefits of the one over the other, and I was sold. She asked me my size and helped me find one in the color I was after. I didn't even have to try it on because I've been fitted at that store, and I'm confident that their sizes are standard after buying all of my lingerie there for years. Yes, I shopped for a bought a bra in under 5 minutes! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I don't love that one of the employees tried to sign me up for an in-store credit card, but I know she was just doing her job, and I'm pretty good at saying no! Finally, you just can't beat the quality of Victoria's Secret bras. They are a little more expensive than discount stores (mine was almost $50), but they last a long time, don't stretch out, and keep their shape. It's the only place I go. read more

This store is hit or miss depending on the day and time I'm in here. someone always does ask if I'm looking for something, and usually I just want to be left alone. This time I was looking for something specific, and actually did need and want some help. A girl started to help me, I explain to her my size and what type of bra I was looking for . She was very helpful and it was nice that she went to get me different things she thought would work, or that I might like, without me having to get dressed, pick out something different, and then try it on again. Sometimes the customer service in this particular store is lacking, the girls are socializing more than working, however. I have seen several times where everyone is working hard and I've got great service as well. LIke i said, just depends. read more

It is no wonder this location gets such terrible reviews. I can't believe how rude and unhelpful the staff is. You sell bras and underwear. I will never step foot in this location again. I will think twice about shopping at this location again. I decided to stop by when they were having their semi-annual sale after Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had so much selection compared to the location at Meadowwood Mall, they even had 99 cent face masks! All of these face masks were in a bin that had a sign which read "99 cents" so I assumed that would be the price at the cash register. They also had lip glosses which were 2.99 in a bin. Again, I assumed that price applied to ALL lip glosses in the bin. I gathered my items and got in line to purchase them. When it was my turn to go, one of the cashiers told me it wasn't my turn yet and helped another customer. That might've been my mistake, as I failed to recognize the line forms on the opposite side of the store (Maybe they should put up signs? Just a thought). When I finally checked out, the same cashier helped me and was not very friendly during the transaction. I didn't think much of the amount I paid, but left feeling regret for making a purchase in this store after the treatment I received. I looked over my receipt while I sat in my car and saw that one of the lip glosses rang up for $10 and about 3 of the face masks were $2.99 each. I instantly returned to the store and asked to return the items. The cashier and store manager treated me as though it was my fault the price on their items didn't ring up as advertised. The manager even made a comment saying "She's returning these after she bought them 5 minutes ago?" YES I was returning the items! I was not going to spend my hard earned money and pay more than what was advertised for the items. It was not my fault that the staff placed regular priced items in the sale bins. The staff also tried to give me store credit instead of the cash I used to pay. I finally got my cash back after a lot of waiting and being asked for my drivers license. Maybe the staff was having a bad day, but they should really try to improve their customer service skills. read more

Unfortunately I didn't get any help today. "The Guy" who stands guard up front didn't even say hello but continued in conversation with two other customers. I stayed in his area for a good 5 minutes with zero help or acknowledgement. I walked towards the back to see if someone was willing to help me. Nope. One Employee who had headgear & a walkie talkie walked right by me. Two employees in the fitting room came out and looked my way and didn't say a word. Went to this location to restock my lingerie, there were two people in the store and rather than offer assistance I was told. You just have to look through the items on top and see if your size is there...matched sets...well if there is anything matching they are on top of the counter. Tried to return a purchase today with my receipt and credit card and was denied a return since I didn't have my drivers license with me. I wasn't driving, so I didn't have with me. I had other ID with my picture and I knew my DL#, but the staff refused to return my purchase. What's very odd is that no one asked for my ID when I purchased from this store. They asked if I needed help and were helpful when I asked for a size. However, the place was FILTHY. In the dressing room I was afraid to take my shoes off. Excellent customer service! I went there yesterday with my mother and had an employee named Sammie go above and beyond to help us. Not only did she help me pick the perfect bras, she also helped my mother pick out makeup for an upcoming wedding. She even drew her a "map" on where to put which color! 1 star for the one and only employee who acknowledged us the whole time we were in the store. Went into this location for the firs time with my roommate and had two employees walk right past us and not say a word. The first thing you should have learned working in retail is to acknowledge your customers. As we walked around I was shocked to see how torn apart the store was. I know with the semi-annual sale going on that it will be a little harder to pick up after all the foot traffic, but it looked like the store hadn't been picked up all day. The sport bins had bras hanging out of them and the PINK panty table had stuff just thrown on top of it. The mess in the store made sense with there only being one visible employee on the floor picking up and organizing the bins. We did finally get acknowledged by one worker in the PINK side of the store who was very sweet and asked if we needed help finding anything. We were very disappointed at the lack of attentiveness of the employees here, and with how trashed the store was, we will not be returning. We are new to the area and heard many great things about this shopping center as a whole. The next time we need anything from Victoria's Secret, we will head to the meadowood mall. read more
