I came here on a Tuesday around 6pm and needed to purchase some items. I needed help finding the item and was interested in possibly purchasing other items, but the three staff members I interacted with were all kind of unfriendly and I felt like an annoyance to them. I was able to find the correct size in what I needed but decided to shop online for the other stuff since the selection of items they did have was not great. Only one small register was open, which they explained that during the week they only keep one open due to customer volume. However, there was a 5 person long line at the time of checkout, and I think having another register opened would have been better. I came back a few weeks later to make a return and woman at the register this time was nicer but they only had one register open again and I had to wait a while. This store is conveniently located for me to go to on my way home from work, but I don't think I'd go here again to do anything but returns. read more

Disappointing Experience with In-Store Pickup and Customer Service I've placed multiple in-store pickup orders at this Victoria's Secret location, and the service has consistently been slow, unclear, and frustrating. Staff often seem disengaged, and I've been told they receive fewer items than other stores due to their smaller size--which makes online pickup here unreliable. Calling ahead to confirm stock is a headache. You'll likely be put on hold without a clear answer, and even managers refuse to share their names, saying they "don't feel comfortable." That lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when other locations like Scottsdale Mall or Tempe Marketplace are professional, responsive, and happy to identify themselves. Honestly, this store feels chaotic and poorly managed. If it were up to me, I'd say close it down and turn it into a Lululemon--at least then we'd get a store that values customer experience and clear communication. This location used to be the best Victoria's Secret that we would go to. We have one closer to us, but we drive an hour in to this location because they had the friendliest staff and the best stock. We haven't been in a little while and it has gone completely downhill. The manager could care less in the store and acts like you're interfering with her day being in there. Walked in slowly hovering around the entryway where an associate was visible. She never greeted me or even acknowledged me after looking me in the eye. As soon as I walked further in she greeted and welcomed a couple behind me. I walked around the entire store seeing associates in every area, not one hello or welcome no one asked if I needed help even after I walked up and touched several bras. On the Pink side the same activity. Associates talking to one another and ignoring me. The only time someone asked if I needed help was after they noticed me taking their picture. I had a great experience here. I feel that this location is smaller compared to their other locations. They still offer the same awesome stuff. They also have a PINK location which sells ASU stuff Yay! Since this is a busy location things do sell out fast especially when they have their annual sale. Even though this mall( Arizona Mills) had a lot of factory stores this Victoria Secrets is not an outlet so they accept the coupons that are sent to you by VS. Again great customer service and while the store is busy the girls still worked hard to make sure everyone was helped. read more

I went there searching for specific bras and their associates were HORRIBLE. She didn't help me at all and she was so dismissive, it completely ruined what I went in there for. I actually ended up leaving because she was such a b-word. I'm never going to this location ever again. Usually, Victoria's Secret is great at customer service, but this location had horrible employees with terrible attitudes. Honestly, this is more of outlet vs being a regular Victoria's Secret store. The selection was a little on the sparse side, but it was after the holidays so I really didn't expect all that much. This Victoria Secret is one of my favorites for several reasons. The ladies have always been phenomenal with customer service. They ask you if you need help but don't push a sale down your throat. The ladies are professional but on a personal level. They pretty much always have what I'm looking for in stock, if they dont they will get it. Even on one of their busy days it stays organized. A bit disappointing for several reasons. First, it was not clear who worked at the store since personnel was underdressed. Upon opening drawers for the allotted sizes and styles that I am accustomed to being uniformly organized, to my dismay, I was overwhelmed with heaping piles of cluttered garments. This was surprising being that it was mid day and very few customers in the store and overstaffed, and it is not Black Friday. Subsequent to presentation displeasure, the manager asked me if I needed assistance with anything and I let her know which garments and sizes I was looking for and she invited me to the pile of clutter. I was a bit shocked that she did not acknowledge that there was no sort of organization to the stock and when I brought it to her attention, she advised me that garments are folded in the drawers at the end of the night it wasn't as if she was embarrassed and tried to tidy up, she left everything as it worse and continued through the store. She suggested that this is done once daily and that was very evident. read more

The BEST Victoria's Secret I've ever been to. Everyone was super nice and helpful and the girl who fitted me named Victoria was awesome. Not only was her service with me excellent, but also with the other 5 guests she was helping. The dressing rooms were so busy, she was helping fit and juggle multiple people, all the while switching between english and spanish, but everyone was getting the same great service. I'm not sure if it's because this is in the "ghetto mall" of Tempe or because I came during a Saturday afternoon or if it was because I was wearing a tee shirt and a baseball cap with short hair, but I experienced fairly poor customer service here. I was In he store a good five or so minutes before I could find someone to help me. Once I found someone and was measured I was given a try on bra that wasn't the right fit. The wrong size is understandable since I was wearing a tee shirt as well as a camisole. Not a big deal, but I wasn't attended to in the dressing room so I decided to find my own size. I heard the original lady who was helping me ask another sales lady to help me. You know when you say something to someone and they repeat it to you like it was their idea, yea that happened. I told her I needed a nude bra for white tee shirts and she "suggested" nude when wearing white. DUH! I just told you! Anyway, he handed me a bra and told me she'd go find more. Once again, tried on the bra, and wasn't attended to. I decided that someone might need the room so I put my clothes back on and waited outside the door. Three employees walked into the dressing room and didn't say a word to me. Not even a "hi" or "can I help you" or " are you waiting on a room?" One of the girls was talking about a customer and said in a condescending tone and at that I decided to leave. read more

Beautiful Victoria's Secret! I love the redesign, which makes the store feel more inviting. I arrived at this store with 2 coupons, one for a $22 bra, and one for a free panty. I quickly went over and found a bra that I wanted, then found some matching panties on the other side. Then, we discovered that the holiday body mists were on sale, so I picked one up as well. We were in line at the checkout, when I discovered that my coupons were gone - but, we were next. We got to the register and I looked for my coupons, but I couldn't find them on me. I went back to look for them, only to discover that they weren't where I thought they were. A very nice associate looked around for them for me, then told the cashier she had seem me with them, so I was still able to get my discount. Thank you. ladies! Very nice customer service. As many times as I visit this location they seem to never have enough people on registers. The lines are always half way out the door and as a VIP Angel Card holder it's frustrating that they wouldn't carter more to take care of customers waiting in line. Always end up leaving cause I don't do lines. The Tempe Market location seems to always get it together. read more

So I had to return a bra unfortunately due to a malfunction and the staff was friendly and helpful! I don't keep receipts for those items because I don't intend on returning them, but they still made the exchange. They had the new bra delivered to the register and the cashier did not make a big deal over it or ask me 21 questions. The lady who deliver the bra started to question me in attempt to tell me how to properly wash the same bras that I've purchased for over 10yrs, but when I schooled her, she politely left me alone. The cashier at this store was very rude! I saw a white woman walk out of this store when I was in line with a regular pink & black victoria secret bag, and she was not the only person to have the regular bag. So I go up to pay and ask for a regular victoria secret bag and cashier #1784046 says " oh no, we only have these sale bags." When there was like 100+ regular victoria secret bags behind her. I think that it is disappointing that Victoria Secret employees continue to be rude and racist despite of all the "customer training" they recieve. read more

Super busy, day after Christmas crowd. I went in, had the typical confused. I need help look and the one gal working the floor couldn't get away from me fast enough...ugh I hate that kind of service. Best customer service experience I have had in a LONG time! I had gotten a gift purchased online that was too big for me, I just needed an exchange. Because it was an online purchase there were challenges that it was not sold in the store. Holly made the time for us that we needed to get it taken care of. She made SEVERAL calls and spent a good 20 minutes helping exchange something that was not even bought at her store.
