Fabletics is located in the Scottsdale Quarter Plaza. Fabletics focuses on athletic wear both for women and men. Staff were pleasant and wore company leggings and tops with Fanny packs emblazoned with the company name. Their leggings are modestly priced. The black and white leggings pictured are the first printed pair I have seen in a long time. Most leggings have been one somewhat dull color (in my opinion). Maybe the trend is changing. Janiah was amazingly helpful! Our shopping experience was a positive one. We were given sales information upon entering and then allowed to browse. When we had questions or needed help it was available but not pushy. The selection of items was decent and with the members discounts the pricing wasn't too bad. Listen, great leggings! But over the years the way they "bundle" is literally the same thing over and over! You can never get what's new or trending. The customer service is absolutely terrible you ask a question and they are totally bothered to help. Shop online verses going into store they are just rude! I started out as an online customer. I love their designs, colors, fabric, and comfort. I do not have to be afraid of bending over and everything being see through. How embarrassing if you're working out. Their member program is great. Plus it is very customer friendly. I was so happy to see they opened an actual store in Scottsdale. The staff is awesome and so helpful. The dressing rooms are very high tech and show you what items are being tried on. Plus you can change your size from their iPad system. They offer a large selection of clothing for the customer in men women. It's nice to see everything in person now as sometimes picking online can be tricky. I've been a Fabletics vip for almost a year now, and was so thrilled to have a store open up near me, as I have struggled with all 3 online orders I've placed (each taking well over a month to arrive). Unfortunately, actually visiting the store is never a pleasant experience. Customer service is almost non-existent. I have found, on more than one occasion, the employees to be very cold. Today I was greeted by no one at all. Both employees were standing at cash wrap but didn't bother to look up once- and I was the only customer in store. Previously, the girls working here seemed uninterested in helping me and acted as though they had better things to do. I'm always interested in their new merchandise, but not quite sure how often I will actually visit this store-if at all. Bummer! read more

I am so impressed with the Fashion Square Mall store Location! Clean, well stocked with different sizes and different sizes models. Changing rooms with screens to request different sizes of product and different models of the product! The sales representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable about the stores products. I felt very comfortable in asking about how things should fit, non-judgmental workers.!Cute, durable, and shapely activewear does cost a bit more, especially at the quality of service you are getting, and normally I wouldn't pay $70 for a sports bra, however, the whole experience was worth it, and I walked out a satisfied customer! read more

Just walked by and realized we now have Fabletics in person! I've never tried out the products, so it was nice to do so in an actual store. Products: Fit so well! Also, it's so nice to have cute clothes to work out in. They feel very durable. There's also such a variety to choose from! I'm glad they have a membership. I'll def use that! The store: Everyone that works there was very helpful, always checking on you. Madison was there for everything and I'm so thankful! Do not buy from this company. I bought a sports bra in a store and was signed up for an account that this company cannot find, but have charged me $59.95 monthly. When I try to cancel, they tell me there is no account associated with my name, emails, or debit card, which they are charging. I did not sign up for a subscription I just bought a piece of clothing. I have been a member of Fabletics VIP for about 8 months. I was exited to see the new store. Customer service was great. They greeted me at the door then let me browse. They answered all my questions. Helped me put together an outfit for an upcoming trip. They know there products and don't try to oversell. They showed me products that would look good on me. Fabletics has decent stuff they just truly have the worst customer service I've seen in a company. It's a scam, you can't cancel membership and you can't return things easily. They say it's "easy" but it's a trap, they also never restock more popular items and only have horrid neons and prints, the nicer patterns and colors are never in stock. read more

very poor service. I waited in line for an hour to try on leggings when there were clearly dressing rooms open. i'm so disappointed with my experience in the store. My 17 year old daughter went to buy leggings since the store was having a sale 2 leggings for 24 dollars. She went to check out and they asked for her ID and she asked why and they said that you need to be over 18 to be a fabletics member to get the discount. That is very stupid that you can't have the discount because you are under 18. I don't recommend going to there store, how ever you can order the leggings online. The store should tell there customers that you have to be 18 to get the discount rather than being in the store for 2 hours shopping and waiting in line. i don't recommend this store. read more

I've been frustrated with the online experience for months now b/c they always run out of stock of the items I want in my size. I went to the store in Scottsdale Fashion Square and was happy with the experience. Jacob was seriously one of the nicest salesmen I've ever met and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and the VIP membership details. I give only 4 stars because the selection for men is disappointing with very limited colors and styles of shorts, which is what I was primarily interested in. They had a good selection of shirts, but they did not have the size in the color and style that I really wanted. They really need to expand their inventory not only in-store but also online. Hopefully as the brand grow in popularity they will feel more comfortable producing more stock (like Lululemon) but time will tell. read more
