especially with the prices, some were triple the amount and the same damage

lots of clothing but honestly you're better off finding better quality and clothing elsewhere

I am a frequent flyer at clothes selling stores like Plato's Closet. My first time at Name Brand Exchange was over a year ago but I keep returning because this location is a hot spot for great finds. I always have success with selling my used clothes. Do I always get top dollar for my items? No, but any amount is better than sitting in your closet not getting used. I almost always see new stuff that I like when I visit too. They buy and sell daily so they're always getting new items. I think shoes are the biggest sell and buy because of how many they have and I know I personally get the most cash for shoes. I have even bought items from Name Brand Exchange and sold them back to them. The store is pretty well organized. Most items are by size so it's easy to find what you are looking for. I like the incense and hair clips the little items they have for sale by the registers. Overall I recommend Name Brand Exchange to anyone with nice clothes wanting to make some extra cash if anyone looking for good deals on nice used stuff. I know I will be back!

First timer! Stopped in not expecting much but came out with the cutest pair of brand new heels for only $8.50! There were some pricey things but for the most part, a lot of stuff was reasonable and in style

NBE $3 "Sale" on Earrings/Jewelry missing the other pair. These should be thrown in the trash & just charged to the game.

I found some nice little buys here on my trip to Scottsdale. I would definitely recommend to casual shoppers.

There is no "up and down." This place is a labyrinth designed by someone who said, "What if we hid Narnia behind every dresser?" I got lost at least three times. Possibly four. At one point I genuinely forgot: What I came for, which direction I entered... who I am as a person. Every time I thought I found the "main path," I'd turn a corner and BAM! secret pocket room. Hidden alcove. Side quest unlocked. Now, to be fair, if you are someone who enjoys treasure hunting, rummaging, discovering trinkets you didn't know you needed, and time traveling, this is your Disneyland. There is stuff. So much stuff. Trinkets. Bobbles. Whatnots, galore. Things your grandma had. Things your grandma refused to have. I went in looking for one very specific item. I did not find it. I did, however, find three existential moments and mild spatial disorientation. Did I have a good time? Yes. Did I leave with what I needed? No. Did I briefly consider dropping breadcrumbs to find my way out? Also yes. Three stars because it's impressive, chaotic, and an adventure... but if you go in with a mission, be prepared to lose it. Possibly along with your sense of direction. Would return. With a map.

I visited this store for my very first time after seeing it blow up on Tik Tok! For the holidays…read morethey were offering bundle bags on Black Friday. The videos I saw showed the strip mall being so packed with vehicles & people that there was actually a police presence just to help manage with crowd control. I recently moved closer, so I took the first opportunity I could to take a look at their goods in person yesterday...I was a little taken aback at how small the space is. From the moment I walked up to the front door- I was shocked to see that, that many people could have been waiting in line for hours and that the store would have enough merchandise to accommodate ALL those customers?! That said, I found the shop inside decorated in that retro style very suitable & quaint, but also only about 8 racks spread out openly throughout the store. The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return. Think you can get more money by selling your goods on-line thru numerous apps. Or, going to a thrift store and finding vintage gems!

We browsed for a little bit, but flabbergasted at the pricing. $30-50 for a faded t-shirt. I get they are vintage, but the prices seemed insane! Even a pair of mall goth style shorts were $125! Insanity! We likely won't return as we both will not pay those prices. Upon entrance and even exiting we were greeted by an employee at the door, which was the positive here (hence 3-stars).
