I immediately found the Samsonite luggage, but there was a security tag on the zipper preventing my inspection. I sought out a Kohl's employee to assist with the Samsonite luggage inspection. The Kohl's employee escorted me to a cashier who removed the security tag. I inspected the Samsonite luggage and found it acceptable to purchase. I then got on the Kohl's checkout line. Please note Kohl's checkout line was long, but it is worth it for the savings. I was honored to have Kohl's employee: Jennifer B. as my cashier. Jennifer B. offered me to sign up for Kohl's credit card to receive additional discounts. I declined Kohl's credit card offer. I received the sixty percent (60%) for the Samsonite luggage purchase. My friend checked out at another register and received an additional Kohl's discount due to a family members' account. Jennifer B. was made aware of the additional discount and escorted me to Kohl's Customer Service. Jennifer B. requested my friends' family member account information and applied it to my recent purchase. I received an additional discount on my Samsonite luggage purchase. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided at this Kohl's location. It was well worth the trip from Baltimore, MD.

I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.

I put my number in but apparently, she was ringing up my order as a brand new purchase. When I told her that I was returning an item, she responded that I never informed her that I had a returned. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

I was not aware of this. Also there was a sign facing the back of the store which I did not see with merchandise return policy. Clothing can be returned but I didn't see the very end of the notice which said all jewelry was not returnable. I am very careful to wait a day or so to buy anything that isn't returnable to make sure I want to keep it. But I was not aware that jewelry is not returnable. Even though I went to the Judith Voss website and if I had purchased the earrings there, I could return them. Buyer beware!! Small print on the receipt at the bottom said all jewelry was not returnable. I have been a shopper for many years but have never encountered not being able to return full price, not final sale, jewelry. It would have been nice if the sales people could at least alert me of this policy. Irresistables will not get my business again. They have lost a customer. So I have to give them the lowest star possible.
