Service was 5 star. I felt welcomed and never had to ask for anything. All service members were prompt and kind about any concerns I had. They made me feel like a happy customer, and I never felt like I was an inconvenience to them; they seemed happy at their jobs. Vivian and Kendra were the two associates that helped me today. Vivian politely offered to measure me and I hesitantly accepted since I hadn't been measured in years. I am SO happy I did! She then asked if I had more time, gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take, and was EXTREMELY prompt in her service. She brought me about 8 bras of different types in my newly measured size for me to try on. I selected my favorites from that group and she gave me a card indicating my measured size and my favorite styles. Kendra then showed me my favorites on the floor, and allowed me space to make my decisions on purchasing. Both associates also made me aware (without being pushy) that there was a sale going on that included one of the two bras I had selected. I shopped at Kohl's last week and tried to size myself for bras; it didn't work! I thought bras were SUPPOSED to be uncomfortable and I'd resent wearing them forever. Even though I had favorites from the selection at VS, ALL of the bras I tried on in my size were extremely comfortable. They all fit like a dream, and some were cheaper than the ones from Kohl's. I can't wait to return the bras I bought the other day and take my money and purchase the lovely ones I tried on at VS today. I don't have to hate wearing "normal" bras anymore! The quality of the products seemed really nice. I had a few VS bras from years ago and they lasted about 1.5 years until they got too loose to wear. At that time, however, I was not measured or fitted properly, so I hope these bras now that I've been measured will last even longer. read more

What a warm greeting as I entered the store! The sales associate was super enthusiastic and showed me just what I needed when requested. She walked with me and made sure I was in the right area of the store, which I appreciated. Great sales and with my VS app I saved even more money. Two pair of free undies with purchase. This is a standard Victoria's Secret. It's located within Towson town center. They usually have good stock except those with a large bust - then usually the size is out of stock. I love their PJs and underwear here. I always get coupons in the mail as well which are great. Store is pricey but it is quality ! read more

Stopped in to grab a gift on this past Saturday morning. I was working with not a large amount of monies. I did luck up and was able to obtain the 3 gifts that I needed. The ladies working in the store were very helpful. The store was neat, cleaned and organized. I have shopped in this store before and have never had a problem. I'm a customer that have always paid their bill on time and paid off with no problem! I made a mistake by paying late and not having enough money to cover the bill! I paid the bill after discovering my error along with the late fee! After I tried to purchase something and my card wouldn't work! Now mind you that I talked to 3 customer service agents to only be told by the 3rd one that I was being penalized for 90 days for the late payment and returned chk! 90 days like I'm a kid! Am I the only one that this happened too! Please note that the rep. did see where I've never been late on any payments and always paid on time! So I guess I wasn't worth the one mistake to get waived! I will never shop here again not that you care! unless it's an emergency bra I need! I love Victoria Secret. I've been a fan for years. My daughters however have taken a liking to PINK. Every time we frequent this store, hours are spent. The prices are high with sales few far in between. Occasionally, if you spend $30 there maybe a "free " bag you can go home with. I personally love the 5,7 or 8 for $25,27 or 28 panties sale. I rack up on new panties every time. My daughters love the same sale and when the PINK shirts and sweatshirts go on sale. Gift cards are also a favorite of mine to receive. This store is always so busy. It can get annoying at times. Once again the clientele in Towson is so scary. The people scare me here and it has been plenty of times that I would drive out Tysons Corner or PA just to go to somewhere peaceful and safe. So the one thing I hate about going to any Victoria Secret is that they always try and guess my size! Please DON"T DO THAT! You don't know me! Don't eyeball my size. Your not that good. When I tell you I am a 36 C don't question me. I am a grown woman. Also if I did not have a lot of confidence you would have already hurt my feelings. Going into Victoria Secret is a Sensitive subject. There have been a few times I would go to Victoria Secret and when I tell them I wear medium panties Please don't smirk and question me. The overwhelmingly girly side of my personality wants to love this place. It's pink, it sparkles, it smells nice, and I have the credit card. Woo! I think that any VS shopper-- I mean "Angel" -- knows that you will be asked if you have been sized before, especially if you can't find your size. That is not the employees' faults, though, or so I've heard. It's how they are told to do their jobs. That must also be the case with the hyper-helpful associates that have recently popped up. Did you KNOW you can get SEVEN lotions for the price of SIX? Well you certainly will after you visit VS in Towson! In fact, you might just buy 7 for the price of 6 just to get them to leave you alone. Also, don't expect to be able to smell the lotions you actually buy after you are spritzed with every "SALE!" spray and "NEW!" perfume, plus told that a 40A will fit the same as a 34D. read more

I was there visiting family and I wanted to check out their semi annual sale. Well Lauren (I think that is her name) Super cute sales associate looked at me and said you are wearing the wrong sized bra. I responded that I was not and Im wearing a sweater and you can't tell. The staff needs to be trained to be be overwhelmingly abrasive to customers. Today I went in to buy yoga pants and left with nothing after one associated followed me to the back of the store asking, "ma'am are you ok, do you need help?" repeatedly. Not only was it a bit much but her tone was incredibly rude - especially considering I was going the wrong direction to be shoplifting. I wish I'd had the patience to ask for a manager. read more

Very customer service! I have never been to a Victoria's Secret store & received poor service. I was not greeted upon entering the store, even though there were 2 employees by the entrance. I passed 5 employees as I walked around the store, not one time did anyone asked if I needed assistance. The young lady at the counter wasn't rude but she was friendly either. None of the employees gave a thank you or have a nice day on my way out...needless to say I won't be going back. I refused to spend my money in a store where I am ignored & overlooked. read more
