On this particular visit, the only other patron was engaged in conversation about guns and ammo. After about 15 minutes, the proprietor gave his attention to me, the only other patron did not make a purchase, at least not while I was there. I concluded my business in short time. On another visit, I was granted entry (door buzzer). Instead, I was the only patron. It appeared that only the proprietor, his assistant and me were the only people inside of the establishment. The proprietor appeared to be doing paperwork to the left of me. To the right of me was the assistant who appeared to be wiping down the counter and various other things, like the telephone and such. Not wanting to intrude, I sat on a stool while getting no attention. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes, I got up to leave. To exit the door had to be buzzed. About 4 steps to the door, the buzzer immediately sounded to allow me to exit. Not one single word was spoken between us. I used this establishment for FFL services, not anymore. Freestate range is a short distance away and the cost of transfer is slightly cheaper and services professional and polite.

I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

I…read morestopped by the Harford Road location to grab them and was told they were only available at this location. So, a few days later, my kids and I headed there. When I entered this location, the owner, Gary, was working. He was talking to a prospective vendor so we perused the shop while he worked with him. My kids were enamored with the boards and, feeling generous, I figured I'd get one for them. After assisting the vendor, Gary turned his attention to us. I told him what shoes I wanted and the size and he quickly handled that. Then I started asking about the boards. He asked some questions and then was able to make recommendations that allowed me to eliminate a number of boards on the walls. Then I had my kids select one. After getting the board, Gary showed us the skate ramp in back. He gave me a card and told me that if the kids ever wanted to do lessons he could work with them. Such a great experience! Next time I need shoes or skate equipment, Vu will be the first place I go.
