I had such a great experience here over the weekend. I went in for comfy panties and was happy to see a sale 5 for $35. I honestly think that is the only time I buy panties from them. Seriously, who is paying $14.95 for a pair of panties in this economy?! Not me! The panty drawers were organized and easy to locate the styles I wanted. There were several customers in here which is nice to see being that this is in the mall. Most of the VS shops I have been to in the past 10 years has been in shopping centers but not a mall setting. I've been to many VS stores with different "types" of workers. I have to say, this store actually has workers that genuinely want to help you. The selection is great with size Small and Medium found throughout the store in numerous items and styles. They have a huge selection of lotions and perfumes. They have a new display section of all the fragrances they now offer. With ever fragrance they come out with its nice to see the variety and options. They are starting to put out all the holiday sets: pajama sets, makeup kits and esthetics bags. By the registers, they have awesome sticking stocking stuffers, the lip glosses are buy 2 get 2 free! read more

This review is for Nikki! I came in to return a strapless bra that unfortunately didn't work out for my size. The time I came in was BUSY!! I could tell just based off the customers that they were semi short staffed but the employees found someone to assist me right away. Nikki sized me and helped me after what I felt a hopeless search. I found my ideal size! She helped me pick different styles in the bra as well. Nikki guided me on where to find all the different bras and colors. I would come back just because the customer service was great. I did wish they had more colors available in certain sizes and they referred me to website. I was in Ventura today and decided to check out this Victoria Secret. Since they opened a Victoria's Secret at the Collection, I don't come to this location as often. I made my way over to the store and I saw a short line of people standing outside waiting to get in. They were limiting the amount of people in their store for Covid protocol. When it was my turn to go in, the staff member at the door greeted me, offered hand sanitizer and a shopping bag. As soon as I got inside, I noticed they were having a sale and I became even more eager to browse around. I found a few items and headed over to the cash register. I looked over and saw the line was starting to wrap around into the middle section of their store. I wanted to buy what I found so I stood in the long line, hoping it would move fast. When I got closer to the front, I noticed there were only two cashiers working. It was a pretty busy Sunday, plus they had a sale going on so they must have been short staffed for cashiers. The cashier that helped me was very nice. She made sure to wipe down the counter area before ringing up my items. Because the fitting rooms were closed I wanted to make sure I could return the items if they did not fit. Thankfully, their return policy has extended to 90 days on all items. Overall I had a good experience shopping here. This store was very clean, had great customer service, and they did a good job of following Covid precautions. read more

Try to make a payment on my daughters credit card. Waited in line 12 minutes and by the time I made it to the front. The person working there stated that she couldn't make the payment without my daughters ID. It didn't matter that I was holding the statement. It didn't matter that the account number is on the statement. They couldn't make the payment. It's fine if you don't even want to give me a receipt, but not even making a payment? What a crock of shit. We'll be canceling this card. As now I can see why they make so much money on fees - they make it impossible to make a payment. read more

I love Victoria Secret, especially now that they carry my bra size lol. They were having a fabulous sale which is really the only time I shop there. One thing is for sure that sometimes its worth paying a little more for a product if it lasts and VS is superb quality material. He helped me wrap the gift as best as he could, given that Victoria's Secret does not have gift wrap. Such a disappointment. I haven't been to Victoria's Secret in years but I received a gift card for my birthday so I stopped in. Horrible service! The salesperson on the floor would not even look at me, even though I was holding multiple things that I wanted to try on. She walked right past me (again) & I said "Excuse me, can I try these on?". She seemed irritated & said "Just a minute". Finally she came back & opened a fitting room for me. No "Let me know if you need another size" or anything like that. I ended up getting a pair of Pink brand yoga pants & there was a sign saying you could get a travel sized body spray for $3 with any Pink purchase. So I chose one but then was told at the register that the offer was only for card members, although the sign did not say that. She said I'd have to pay the regular price of $8.95, which I declined. I remember the old days of VS - welcoming service, nice music & good quality. Definitely not like that now & I won't be back. read more

This store carries some things the one in Santa Barbara won't.The service is a hit and miss. But beware check your receipt. I had to return an item that I was told would be free but was not, (no big deal). They carry all sizes which is great, the only location that will ask if you would like to be measured. I am writing a review using my husband Bryan's account I am very disappointed with Victoria's secrets in general but this one in particular. There is no sense of urgency with these workers. The line could be out the door and the workers will be taking their sweet time. I have seriously considered not shopping with VS anymore but sometimes I am so in love with their items I cannot help myself but to shop there. But 90% of the time the cashiers are rude and not personable and do not have good customer service skills. I am kinda busty and most of the bra's they didn't have in my size. They kept telling me they could order them off line. If you can order off line why not just stock them in store in lower quantity. Most of the time I have to buy a new bra, I dread it. Having had bad experiences ordering online, I finally decided I have to go to the store. When you walk in the store most of the employees give you a half-sincere "can i help you?" I fell for this once and the woman was not helpful and ended up making me feel bad about myself. I have to say I feel a little discriminated. I am not a 32 A or B or some other small size that every bra comes in pretty patterns and colors. If you are a larger cup size they might carry something in beige and white if you're lucky. No pretty patterns or floral or colors, just plain blah like big boobs dont count. The one time I actually accepted help from an employee she told me without really looking that they wouldnt have my size and maybe a store like Layne Bryant would suit me better. I am not a plus size woman I just happen to have a larger bust. There is nothing wrong with Lane Bryant but I already know I dont fit into their sizes because I have gone in there (their staff is much friendlier) and tried things on which have been too big. Long story short I was not helped, they were not friendly and they made me feel very un-welcomed. It has happened almost everytime I go in there so from the 3rd bad experience and beyond I refuse help. I just get what I need and get out of that madhouse. I came here recently to find some new bras. I was offered assistance pretty quickly and when I explained my predicament the employee told me she was referring me to their bra specialist. Stacia (their specialist) was FANTASTIC! She took me to the fitting rooms and started me off with a couple tester bras - examples for me to try on to figure out what size best fits. I tried them on and she and I both agreed on which fit best. Then she just had me stay in the fitting room while she gathered pretty much every style they carried, in the size I needed, and draped them over the door for me to try on. I do like browsing and missed that, but this was so fast and efficient and she knew where everything already was. It's always frustrating when I find a bra that's pretty but then find out it doesn't even come in my size. No worries this time! I tried everything on and then gave her the run down in the end of which styles I liked best. Then she helped me find the colors I wanted. In the end I had bras that fit and they were having a sale on panties so of course I picked up some of those too. I would definitely recommend this store and Stacia! I also had a question that the manager, Adria was very helpful and accommodating with. After having my daughter and nursing, I needed to be check my measurements, which Stacia was very helpful with. This store is completely disgusting when it comes to maintenance. The only thing that makes up for it are the employees that have such an amazing attitude and helpfulness, other than that the store is horrible. The assistant manager in that store is utterly a bitch to customers, specially those who speak Spanish or other languages. She gives them a really disgusting look when they come into the store. My mother and I decided to head in & take advantage of the 10 for 35$ deal today. As we were checking out we asked the cashier to bag our items separately just so there was no confusion, instead of answering she asked "separate tissue paper or separate bags?" Very rudely. I was greeted as a I walked in, asked by multiple associates (female) if I needed help, and the cashier (male) was super helpful in ordering items that weren't in stock or carried in their store. I love their product and have shopped their other locations in both Thousand Oaks and Santa Barbara, but did not receive nearly half the service I have experienced in this particular store location. There is a girl who works there (I think she's 1 of their managers..wish I could remember her name!) but you can't miss her because she looks like she should be 1 of their models with dark hair & blue-green eyes, she is AMAZING. I knew I needed a new bra but she helped me through the process of not only measuring me (found out I was wearing the total wrong size!) but actually picked out & brought me a whole bunch of customized options to try on. Only reason for getting 4 stars instead of 5 is I got a few bras from another VS and the underwire poked out and they wouldn't do anything about it. But I would still return again. Nice store. Not nice employees. Was convinced to buy an extra item to qualify for a free gift. Item was a lip gloss for $10 after spending over $150. They didn't put the lip gloss in my bag. I noticed this when I got home. I called the store and was told they have to check video. Really???? What happened to genuine customer service? I felt like a criminal. Treating all customer like this is not tolerable! They called me back after about 10 min to apologize. The cashier put item in a different bag. Are the employees trained NOT to do this?
