My daughter and I frequently shop at Victoria Secret and have for several years. Most of the staff have done their job to the bare minimum. Until today. Amira at the Wellington Green Mall went absolutely above and beyond. My daughter and I both wanted a bra that had been featured in the Victoria Secret Fashion Show but I knew that due to demands that may not be possible. Amira was able to find one that fit my daughter, and 2 pairs of the coordinating panties for us both. We got to the register to check out and the cashier was lackluster at best. We spent well over the amount to qualify for the fashion show tote but the cashier didn't even mention it. I asked because why not! Amira was near and overheard and immediately was on the hunt!! She managed to find the last one in the store and brought it to us. To say she went above and beyond can't even scratch the surface. Let us all bow to the customer service queen Amira!! If you want to be well taken care of and feel like you're heard, go see her at the VS at Wellington Green Mall. She will be the reason we shop there instead of at the gardens mall!! read more

I have been going here since I was young. It has evolved over the years ! It is a lot more organized than it used to be. It stays clean for the most part. Staff is very friendly and ready to help! They always have a "fitter" on shift to fit you for a bra. Staff will remember your name and continue to address you by your name while you are shopping throughout the store. I will definitely continue to shop at this location ! Remember the name of the employee who helps you on the floor because they will ask you who specifically helped you once you get to the register! read more

Love the store, their merchandise and their staff is very friendly and helpful. I dislike the fact that it takes an average of 30+minutes to check out. Their lines are long and boring. There should either be more registers open or a different system for checking out. read more

It's crazy to say that this was my "first" VS experience - definitely not my last! I've frequented The Mall at Wellington Green for many years, always ducking in and out of VC for birthday gifts for friends, sisters, etc... never bought myself anything in there before. I wasn't greeted as I entered, but I was able to locate a VERY helpful and nice woman that sized me and made sure everything was right before she left. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and her kind, happy demeanor. Now, I'm finally wearing the correct size and I feel fabulous (ladies, you understand!) Well, what can I say. This store is not what it used to be and is still using covid for their excuses. While shopping in the store, I went to try on some undergarments and the big sign says dressing room closed. So I meander back to the underwear section and another woman is selecting her underpants but does not know her size so she asked me where the dressing room was and I stated that it is still closed because of covid. There was a young salesgirl present and the woman was very agitated because there was no way to try on anything in the store! What happened next was the most unbelievable and disgusting thing I ever heard. The woman asked if she could at least try on some garments in the lady's room and the salesgirl stated that there was no bathroom to use in the store. The lady said "how can anyone purchase anything from this store without trying them on?" And then the salesgirl stated that you can take the underpants home, try them on and if they do not fit, you can return them as long as you do not take off the tag!!!! Ugh. I immediately put back all of the underpants in my hand. Who knows how many other people have tried them on at home? What if they tried them on bare skin? This store needs to get back to normal soon because they are going to lose a lot of clientele if this persists. I personally will not go back until the dressing rooms are open. All of the other stores I went to except for H&M had their dressing rooms open so what is the reason? Oh, I know. They are saving a person's salary because a woman used to sit in the dressing room to help buyers with bra sizing etc. How cheap can this enormous store worth millions be, and why are they inconveniencing us, the buyers? I hope many people will read this and stop going to this store until they open everything back up the way it used to be. read more

Mixed experiences at this Victoria's Secret. Walking in I was immediately helped by a sales clerk (she personally took me to the table of panties corresponding to my coupon), however upon checking out I was extremely disappointed and annoyed to observe only one employee at the cash register checking customers out (the line was 5 customers deep!). There were at least four other employees in the immediate area including another behind the counter. I asked another employee if he could get additional help and he simply shrugged at me and went about restocking body sprays. I was very put off - where was the manager? It was only after the line had grown to eight deep and 5 minutes later the clerk behind the counter decided to open her register. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Staff is friendly and very helpful, professional. Store always seems to have a long wait time to check out. Employees need training on register. Store in serious need of cleaning and organizing. Panty drawers are a mess. Need to be organized by size and style, customers don't help by being lazy and inconsiderate, putting items where they don't belong. The VS at the Mall at Wellington Green is the worst store I have ever shopped at. Snotty clerks who don't know how to do their jobs and would rather rectally insert glass than actually talk to a customer. No one greets you. They stand around in your way when you are trying to look at something. They routinely leave security tags on things. They answer questions wrong so YOU look like an idiot when trying to redeem reward cards or coupons or free things from Pink Nation. When you have a question they all seem to disappear. They can't size you accurately for bras (one moron guessed an entire band and two cup sizes too big and then ARGUED with me when I balked--even after I held up the bra and showed her I was SWIMMING in the thing). I recommend Boynton Beach as an alternative. read more

Convienent location and generally has plenty of inventory however check out is long process and lines are unorganized. Promotional items are rarely available or limited on choices. Needs to be run more effeciantly, staff is all fairly young and inexperienced. read more

I've been to many of these stores but last month I had the best customer service experience I've had anywhere! I think the lady's name was Kelly. She was AWESOME!!!!! Went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I'm very picky about the way things fit and she was on top of everything. She understood each of my concerns and found me the perfect solution/ the perfect fit. Beyond impressed by her willingness to help. A manager came to tell her that she could go on break (while she was helping me) and she told them that the other employee could go because she really wanted to finish helping me. read more

Place is horrible nobody ever helps you out they have prices in the wrong spots and is always is a long line because they only have 1 to 2 people max cashiers working when the place is packed you spend at least 20 to 30 minutes in line just waiting to check out just to leave I would rather shop online so I don't waste all my time in line just to leave for a few items if it wasn't for shipping so much I would shop with them online instead the place is not worth the time for how long you wait in line just to check out the ceos need to get involved and whip this place back in shape and get people who actually want to work for living instead of standing around n want free money think twice before you come here and make sure you leave yourself a few hours if you want to come here because you will be late if you don't read more

I was making returns yesterday to this store for 4 items I purchased online. This blonde girl (she wore this khaki colored jumpsuit/dress) who I'm guessing was sort of a manager was a piece of work. The young man behind the counter needed her for my returns. She was dismissive and rude when i asked why one of the item I was returning was not under my name and obviously not my credit card. It was back ordered so it came in the mail later than the rest. So I thought that was the reason and bluntly she said "nope that's not it" walked away with a side look like she was accusing me of lying just to get a measly $5 in cash instead.
