From the moment I walked in, I was followed too closely and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I wish I could rate this location a negative 5. Haven't been to this store in 2 years and decided to stop in today on my way home from an outing. I spent at least 20 mins window shopping, looking at different items. After making a selection, I notice a very strange looking sales associate who looks no older than 18 years old, short, twisted tooth in the front of their mouth, light skinned feminine male, visibly acting as if there is a problem. I asked the worker if they will be able to help me check out, they respond with a weird "yes". I proceed to the check out area at the front of the store, completely ignoring what ever issue the worker had. Once there, the teenage worker asked me "where is the item that you were looking at, where did you put it?"....... I am immediately confused and not sure what the teenager is asking of me. I Let the teenager know that whatever items I was previously viewing, they are where I left them. Where they are supposed to be....Nothing was out of place, mind you. Are people not allowed to actually look through the products before they buy it at this location?? Still not understanding why I am being questioned, and the teenage worker continues to cowardly talk in circles insinuating I'm a thief, I just ask straight out "do you think I stole something?.., go ahead and look in my purse"..... the teenager continues to ask me where was the "item" that I had in my hands previously.... Like if it's not possible to pick up an item you may want and putting it back once you found something else that fits what you are looking for..... this teenager took their job way too seriously, making probably 15 an hour, harassing paying customers....a joke. The teenager then starts ringing up my item while still questioning about a mystery item I previously "had". At this point,I refused to follow through with any transaction after being accused of stealing and told the teenager to just put back the item I was going to buy. I was wearing a designer bag, Prada sunglasses, and a $500 watch on......... and was accused out of nowhere that I possibly stole something. I told the teenager I will not spend a dime after being accused of stealing. Why not check the cameras??? Why accuse someone of stealing if you aren't even sure?? Why approach someone in such an unprofessional manner?? It was clear that this was this workers first job. ZERO customer experience. The area where this store is located is more rough than what I remember it to be, so apparently they are just hiring any kind of teenagers at this location. They have a great layout and a lot of merchandise to choose from. However in the few times that I've been in there is this one older gentleman who is always just rude and just never knows what going on. This last time I checked in on yelp and had a coupon and he swore me up and down it was invalid and it want for in store purchases, it clearly states "10% off in store". I'm not sure if he is a manager or what but his demeanor definitely hurts them as he isn't helpful or pleasant. I don't like being overly watched as if I'm a thief. Wow Hustler Hollywood has a massive supply of many different items for everyone to buy. I love this store! I need to go back and get a feathered whip. I have shopped here in the past for cute lingerie and toys. I spent $400 last time and bought a vibrator that doesn't work. I never used it. It didn't charge and was still in the box. Rather than seeing if it worked, the rude manager just told me they don't exchange things without a receipt. I paid about $140 for it and just left it there. I will never return. Their loss. Dyran is HORRENDOUS. How this person has a job here is beyond me. They don't know anything about the products when asked, has ALWAYS passed my husband and I off to who ever else is working, then just stands at the register. Clearly doesn't try to learn. And if you are part of the rewards program, forget ever getting your points. Dyran never seems to remember how to do their very simple job. Something as easy as "what is your phone number" has been an admittedly forgotten part of the job each and every time I have been forced to interact with this person. Once pointed once their response is "well you can call customer service and you will still get exactly what you need." Basically saying they are too lazy to do they job they were hired for. First off let me say we have been regular customers of this Hustler store since it opened. My fiance had purchased an outfit for me 2 weeks ago. I had been away on business and returned yesterday, he gave it to me last night, upon trying it on I realized I need a different size. So this morning he called to ask if he could just exchange the outfit for a different size. He spoke to the female manager who asked what the date was on the receipt. Upon inspection it turns out it was 2 days past the two week return policy. He very nicely asked if we could just exchange it for size. The female manager said absolutely no, he went on the explain that he is a regular customer could she make an exception since I had been away, again she said no. Now we understand return policies, however considering the circumstances and the fact that we are regular customers supporting a local business you would think the management would try and work with you. What a huge disappointment!!! Lets be honest, it is easier to order any lingerie online, we don't have to leave the house to do that and they accept returns. But we like to support our local business's. That is why we shop there. However when you are treated like your business doesn't matter, by management.then you realize we'll just shop somewhere else! read more

But my husband realized that there was a lady standing by the counter when we walked in, and then when we went to look at the toys she walked over to the room we were at and watched us, and then once we walked from the room to the register, she walked over and watched us from our new position. I came here for my halloween costumes and couldn't get help from any employees. Took me two hours to get through the whole store just to find my size in a black plain garter belt. I have a valentines party at work Friday so we have to dress in lingerie. I walked in and three workers behind a counter just chatting so loud I decided to buy two sets on Yandy while I was inside. While my friend used the restroom and had to get an employee to open it. As soon as they were out of the bathroom I said this hustler has Th e worst customer service I bought two outfits online while you were in the bathroom. The racks aren't right. I find plus sizes on the small xsmall . I can't even find my size much less get greeted when I enter. Why would I bother to ask them where's that outfit on a mannequin. I looked at accessories to go with the sets I bought for Friday. The three employees behind the counter talking so loud and laughing got so annoying I just had to leave. The hustler in Fort Lauderdale is different. They greet you and have an associate always making sure you are finding everything ok etc. I guess I'm buying my accessories on amazon. I can't give zero stars for how bad this location is run. I will say that they deserve one star for helping me save a lot of money and now know to buy way cuter lingerie online. The girls at work all get their fishnets here. Because I'm forced to browse on amazon for some rhinestone jewelry. I found fishnets 80% cheaper and even rhinestone ones. So now I don't have to buy two new pairs a week at a hustler. I asked the man behind the counter if he could unlock the bathroom door for me. He acted as if I was bothering him. When he unlocked the door, you could clearly see that there was no toilet paper and there was no soap. He didn't bother to get any or even offer to get any. I was going to Fantasy Fest the next morning, so, I planed in spending money in there for an outfit (I had a $70.00 pair of bottoms in my hands, I put them back).
