Employee attempted to screw me out of my tote bag for spending $100+. She grabbed it to put it in my bag, then paused for a moment and put it back on the shelf behind her. When I called her on it, and asked if I was supposed to get something for spending over $100 she got embarrassed and her whole demeanor instantly changed. Be on your toes when dealing with these horrible individuals. I would go with less than 1 star if I could. This location is one of the best locations I've ever been to I had the most amazing customer service experience first I was greeted by Melissa who was helping me get fitted for a bra Melissa went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced she helped me from A to Z she answered all my questions she helped me fit into the perfect size bras I was really nervous because I never seem to be able to find a bra that really helps or fits me Melissa is like a bra whisper no joke she was amazing she knew exactly my size she did not stop going through the store until she found me the perfect size the perfect fit the perfect colors we even found different types of bras that worked with my size truly at his changed the way I feel about wearing bras she recommended everything that I needed and more and I'm so grateful then I was taken to the cashier to check out and I met a wonderful lady named Amalia now I thought it was just done shopping but then Amalia helped me find some fragrances literally she was so knowledgeable about each and every single fragrance I had questions about a fragrance I was looking for but I didn't quite know which one it was and she figured it out she helped me I actually got into some new fragrances I never thought I would she was very helpful and very patient it was an amazing shopping experience I will definitely keep coming back because of these ladies thank you Victoria's Secret for hiring such wonderful people and helpful people read more

This store has bad customer service and the employees are unprofessional. I took an online order return and the girl working was rude. She chewed gum as she was talking with the gum hanging out of her mouth. She was whispering and I couldn't hear her because she said she was sick. I traveled over an hour to get here to return a few pens. It is Tuesday night @ 6:50. The store is supposed to be open till 7pm. Tell me why at 6:50 pm, the doors are locked? There is absolutely no reason to justify this. I'm not coming in to start shopping 10 minutes till they close, I'm here to return items that would have taken less than 90 seconds. I've been coming to this store for years. I love that they always have awesome sales. The staff seems to be new everytime I go here but they're always nice, helpful and friendly. They always greet me and always try to sell me on the Angel Card which means the training is consistent at least lol It does always seem like they're low in sizes and quantity. Wow couldn't even buy underwear like I was planning on because they were such a mess with everything being out of order. I do not understand how it could be so messy and disordered. The sales woman was nice but acknowledged it was a mess. Just the idea of going through to try to find my size was exhausting. Shopping shouldn't feel like a disorganized chore. I just shopped here with terrible service. Didn't get asked once if I needed help but when I did approach a girl she told me my size wasn't on sale and to go get a full price bra. There was no steering me in the right direction, no offering any recommendations, or trying to offer a fitting. the one star is for the woman who I spoke with on the phone this morning who promised to put a black city tote on hold for me until I got off of work...I was online when I called her, I was literally looking right at the tote and she described the tote to a T, she even made it a point to ask if it had pink ombré Victoria's Secret writing on the front of the bag which confirmed she had the right bag...she asked when I'd come to pick it up and I told her I'd be there for sure after work in the evening, she said to get there before 9...I said no problem. She asked my name and said that it would be there waiting for me. I get off of work pretty excited to get down to VS to get that gorgeous tote and to do a lot of other shopping while I was there. So I get there and no one knows anything about a tote on hold for me....so I thought that maybe I was at the wrong VS, I pulled up my recent call log and double checked that the number I had called this morning was in fact their number, confirmed...I was at the correct store. So they search and search and there is no tote anywhere on hold for me, one really sweet girl helped me and actually tried to see if she could find that tote somewhere out on the floor but I explained to her that the tote I called about was the only one left in the store which was why I had them put it on hold for me. So I'm pretty certain that I know exactly what happened...the woman I spoke with on the phone forgot to put my tote on hold and left it out on the floor where someone purchased it. I cannot even describe to you how upsetting this is...I'm going on vacation and that tote was my favorite, I looked forward to going to pick it up all day long...I think what upsets me even more is that the manager on duty apologized but never even offered to do anything about it...like if it were me as a manager I would have said look I know we dropped the ball but let me make it up to you...I'm taking $28(price of the tote)off of your order tonight for this tragic inconvenience, would it have fixed the problem? Absolutely not but I would have at least felt like an effort was made and that they actually cared to keep earning my business. Will I go back to this location? I honestly don't think so...there are other locations and I'm also willing to travel...customer service is everything, I'm so disappointed in how this was handled tonight...the only thing that kept me shopping there tonight was the girl helping me out, she was so sweet and so fun, I just don't know how to pronounce her name, she was really tall with long lashes and big pouty lips with a ton of charisma. Bored representative either was unable to calculate a basic math problem or not interested in doing her job. Simple request, "please tell me what my balance is after this credit". She quoted the minimum payment. Unfortunately I did not have the bill with me to check, but asked her a second time, "if I pay that amount, my account balance is zero?" "Awhuh". And then I get a bill for $12.57 because she could not take the time to do her job properly. Just the final straw in a completely bad experience with Victoria Secret requiring multiple phone calls and hobling in to their store on crutches to fix it. However when trying to buy something romantic for the girl I love I expect a certain level of discretion and confidentiality. However that being said I do not feel it necessary for her to inform every employee over the radio of my actions. To then have three cashiers upfront laugh about it and criticize me for it. This Victoria's Secret is okay. It has the VS stuff and Pink stuff which i like. Customer service can be lacking sometimes. I work for an Lbrands company (not VS) so i know what the expectations are as far as customer's service is concerned. Most recently I think I was in the store for 10+ minutes before someone asked if I was finding everything okay. I also had to go find someone to open a fitting room for me, after someone who was working on the cash register has seen me standing over there. Large VS, but they don't carry the active line of clothes. Bummed about that. They do have a few of the sports bras, but no leggings or whatnot. Also, I went in on a weekday morning and was in there for a good 20 minutes and not a single employee asked if I needed help with anything. I was really disappointed in this store. My primary complaint is that the woman who checked me out was unfriendly and actually kind of rude. I asked to use the coupons and I received in the mail and she rolled her eyes and acted as though it was some kind of inconvenience to her. Horrible and I mean horrible customer service! I went in just to shop around and this short lady with dark hair ( up in a bun) blocked drawn on eyebrows and obviously overweight was extremely unhelpful, rude, and condescending! I asked for her to find me a size s (small) in a pair of bike shorts and her response was "we don't have any in the back (didn't even check or ask someone to check) and I think you should try a large girl cuz I don't think you'd be able to fit in a VS small" when I ask to speak to a manager she told me " you can talk to me" and throughout the rest of the time I was shopping, that girl was eyeballing me and following me around Victoria's Secret. Every encounter I had with her was extremely unsettling I left Victoria's Secret that day feeling bad about myself because of this woman who's supposedly a manager. The only good experience I had was in the fitting room with this super respectful super nice super funny small girl who said her name was Cheech. She deserves to be a manger not that jerk! Never going back to this Victoria's Secret location again that woman is a nightmare who obviously needs a reality check and needs to be taught on how to speak to people. A lady who has short hair asked me use credit card or cash , I said credit card , then she said she can help me and throw away my credit card on the table after I paid off . Employees are pretty much breathing down your neck and ask you every two seconds if you need any help. The register lines when I came in a week ago were a fifteen minutes wait even though other employees were walking around in circles. Finally get up to the register and ask if I can order a product that an employee on the floor told me I could do in the store, and the lady says I have to do it on my own computer because the POS doesn't support it. Gave my wife a gift card for her birthday so she could get her favorite perfume. On this particular day my daughter and I went with her while Christmas shopping and upon entering this particular store I was once again immediately turned off. I have been in this store in the past with my wife and it never ceases to amaze me how absolutely filthy this store is. I can over look the clothes thrown about and in disarray as I realize the volume of shoppers that frequent this store. However, the trash, gunk and filth on the floors is appalling. Along with that is the amount of what I can only guess is spilled perfumes and other fluids on the displays including the floors. I would dare say the glass on most of the displays have never had a thorough cleaning, especially not by any of the employed staff memebers. I have been to bars that are better maintained than this particular business. But the real problem aside from the unsanitary environment is the rudeness of the staff. I can assure you there are no angels working here! The girl who helped my wife was easily one of the top ten worst individuals I've ever encountered in the retail business. It was as though she was put out by the fact that she might have to help yet another customer and at one point even walked away from my wife in the middle of the transaction. Heaven forbid if she smile or try to engage my wife with any pleasantries. She also made no effort to assist my wife with her gift card and the swiping process which was a bit confusing to say the least. I would be naming her specifically in this review but convienently enough none of the girls seem to wear name tags. Additionally there were several other girls that seemed to be having their own conversations concerning anything but helping customers all the while the line got bigger. I could go on for days about this but I assume you get the picture by now. I'm not sure who the manager or owner of this store is but someone needs to wake up and take some action. This particular business is a multimillion dollar industry and yet because of the lack of cleanliness and customer service it makes you feel as though your at the city dump. Huge Victoria's Secret and tons of great merch, however customer service is what will keep me from ever coming back. I now live about 5 minutes from the Orchard and will be traveling as far as I need to, so that I don't have to return. Was not greeted when I walked in door and was in the store about 25 minutes without talking to a single employee. I went to the PINK side and was then talked to by a "Holiday Help" employee who was extremely nice but was pretty busy gossiping with another Holiday Help employee about other employees. Got to the front to pay and the gal in front of me had questions about a coupon she had received. The gal helping her was extremely rude and very disrespectful as well as another employee who was dressed in street clothes and looked extremely unprofessional replied with rude answers. The gal then left and the two proceeded to "talk crap" about the girl with the coupons as well as laugh and joke about how stupid she was. Once I finally got up to pay I was having troubles with my Angel card and was rudely told to call them with any questions, they didn't even have a phone number for me to call. Once I got my Angel card figured out I came back and they finished with my purchase, what seemed like a hassle to the other gals. I will NOT return. read more
