Came there on a weekday morning with some coupons for free underwear & a jewelry set if you spent a certain amount of money there. Staff approached me right away but overall, it wasn't too pushy or pressure filled to browse here. Got my free underwear & managed to find things in my teeny tiny size (finding my size in chain stores in NYC tends to be impossible since apparently no 0/2 women live in Manhattan or Queens if the people stocking these stores can be believed). I had no issues with anyone at this location & since my size actually exists there, I'd come back if I had more needs for underwear or bras. read more

Was there in the afternoon. It wasn't too busy. Staff was very friendly. Went to get some heavenly But i found this little cute purse size one that i could carry in my purse. It was $10.00. Probably go back in few weeks too pick up some christmas gifts. Could easily spend alot of money if not careful. read more

Once again, another visit to Victoria's Secret at the Galleria mall leaving me in fumes. I can't believe how rude the employees at the cash register are. I was the only person in the store and the woman who was dealing with my return felt it was better to communicate in rude hand gestures rather than words. Due to the lack of communication, I didn't even know when my transaction was over... I just knew I had to get out of there. read more

I came here with my best friend last week to shop for bras and underwear. She has a new size and Victoria's Secret promised to have her size over the phone and in store we found that they had exactly 2 bras in her size available. The experience was less than positive on several levels. They have multiple signs in the store saying that if you spend more than $85 total you get a free gift. At checkout I paid and got my receipt for spending $110.00. No mention of the free gift so I asked about it and the woman said that with a flippant attitude that we didn't qualify for a free gift because one of our items was PINK brand. Excuse me? It is the same store and the same register. I paid Victoria's Secret $110 and they denied my free gift and I am not even upset about the actual gift, but the attitude and lack of customer care. We will be shopping elsewhere for bras and panties next time. We spent a fortune ($110) on 3 items. She is a size 34DD and I am a smaller more standard size. They had nearly nothing in her size and the drawers labeled for sizes had all the wrong sizes in the drawers. What is the point of having drawers that say 34DD if there are all size D bras in the drawer. Why would you have a drawer that says all underwear size large if every pair of panties in the drawer is a size Medium? Why have signs promising customers a free gift when they spend over $110 if you have no intentions of giving them anything at all? read more

i am not ashame to shop here(i am lying i was embarrassed) i came to pick up some gift cards, cause ladies dig this stuff( i prefer when ladies take it off( only kidding). nice shop inside the outdated galleria mall, the sexy ladies wear is displayed nicely all over the place. the colors are really nice from bras to bottom wear. a bunch of acessories and perfumes are here too. prices are not bad and bunch of sales going on. the staff are very friendly and helpful. i got some gift cards, and looked around some more, until i was asked to leave, because i was smelling a bunch of bras and panties(only kidding). i would say that this is a nice place to come if the lady in your life,.enjoys victoria secret stuff. p..s. i sampled some lovespell perfume, it smelled good, i got myself a bottle, i dont care i like to smell good. read more

This is the worst Victoria Secret location ever!!!!! I have been to many locations in several states and even the locations in Canada. I have the forever Angel card (the highest card VS offers). I say this to let you know how much I shop at VS and enjoy the products. I went to this location to purchase a bra and the matching panties. As I entered the store there was not a sales associate in sight. I found the bra I was looking for but could not find the panties. I walked to the back by the register and found three associates behind the register. They were huddled together looking at something on a cell phone. As I approached I heard the male using profanity in response to what he was looking at. I said "excuse me can you tell me where the panties are that match this bra" The female associate said "there ain't no matching panties for that bra".I said I know for a fact there are panties for this bra. The male associate said " "oh that bra is clearance because it don't look familiar to me.. so that means we don't have the clearance panties... SORRY this was said in a very sarcastic tone. I said your mistaken this is not a clearance bra. I then showed them the catalog showing the bra and panties were part of a new collection. The male then said whatever it is we don't have it!!!! I then put the bra down and preceded to walk out as I walked out I heard the associate say "f**k out of here" and to add insult to injury I saw the panties as I was exiting. The associates are rude disrespectful and unknowledgeable. I WILL NEVER STEP FOR IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!! read more
