So in walking through the mall I dropped into Soma. The store clerk who greeted me did so with an extended handshake and asked my name. She then asked if I had received a fitting lately, to which I realized I've never had one. She escorted me to the dressing room where she took a couple of quick measurements and then offered to bring me basic styles in my size to get the fit right. Once done she showed me the various color options and gave me the personal space finalize my choices. Tons of customer service...NO pressure to buy. It was a fantastic experience. I felt good about myself and respected as a consumer. AND...there were not half naked 18 year olds plastered to the walls. It was a grown up store but still had plenty of things to make you feel, and look, wonderful.

Anyway, if you're looking for a boudoir photographer in Montco PA area, Mike Allebach is your guy. Made my man and I super comfy during the entire photo shoot. He was cool enough to play Rihanna's essential playlist per my request. I was definitely vibin' to my girl RiRi playing in the background while me and my man just kind of got into each other and Mike allowed (and helped guide) us to make some magic happen in front of the camera lens. If you're looking to do a boudoir shoot by yourself or with your guy, gal, or polynamorous mates... DO IT! I loved every second of the shoot and the final photo album. Def had me feelin' myself haha! This forever 21 is usually a hit or miss with me. When it first opened they had dressing rooms…read moreupstairs and cashiers upstairs. I guess they find it's no longer profitable for them to do that. You also can never find staff. The whole right side of the upstairs always looks junky because of this. The backside is usually clearance and the section in front of that usually is a hodge podge with no real order. The last time I went in things looked pretty sloppily displayed and bare. Usually they do a fairly good job on the downstairs level but not this time. Maybe they are in between sets currently (March 19). The dressing rooms are pretty dark and not as well kept as before. However this forever 21 is my preferred location over Montgomeryville because theirs (usually - although I have not been recently) is a bigger mess and it's too open with no real flow.

When we first walked in I had to squint my eyes because of the bright lights and colors of the clothing the mannequins were wearing. But once my eyes adjusted I was surprised at how many clothes they had to choose from in addition to how clean and organized this store was. My previous visits to these stores usually involved steeping over misplaced and unorganized items, kudos to this location. We never got greeted or approached by staff, but the ones that we did see we're busy putting or folding items away. I can live with that. This store has a shoe section, lingerie section, accessory section, a small men's section, and massive juniors/women's section. I didn't buy anything because the quality of the clothing never impresses me, but hey, you get what you pay for.

this was the absolute worse hot topic i have ever been to. the employee on shift was very…read moreunprofessional and had a disgusting attitude. my mom had informed him that a kid was trying to steal and the employees respone was "hes fine". the kid that was trying to steal walked to the register and put the item down once called out. the employees said he was "friends" with this kid. like what?? ur a grown adult and ur "friends" with a child?? very weird. my mom and i were told to get out after some words were said back and forth between the employee and my mom. wouldnt you as an employee be thankful that some kid didnt steal from your store?? god only knows how many times the kid has stolen too. disappointed in how we and the situation were treated. as an avid hot topic customer i am extremely uncomfortable and disgusted by this experience.

She put me immediately at ease during my session - helping me understand (and get into!) poses, doing a wonderful job of pulling out my wants (even when I was struggling to articulate them clearly). It's so easy to feel self-conscious as the center of attention or while being photographed, but Adrian creates such a safe and fun environment, I was never uncomfortable for even a moment. From the (gorgeously!!) done hair and make up, to the shoot, to the selecting of final products I felt pampered, cared for, happy and beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

It was listed at $119.00 and they offered me $19. I was livid... the manager said since I didn't have the actual receipt (it was a gift) it probably went on sale for a day and that was the price they would give me - a little over 1 tenth of the list price. After spending tens of thousands of dollars there over the years (I have 3 children who helped) this was the treatment they give their solid customers. What gall! They probably do that with everything - day after Christmas they put everything on sale for 25% of the price for a morning so they can screw all their customers with returns. After this blatant rip off, I would never go back to Macy's - ever.

I understand having the sales person work the entire island but they are being set up for failure when you have the volume of customers you get four days before Christmas, walking up to both sides of the counter and demanding immediate service. We waited 40 minutes as two people we watched walk up to the other side of the counter (while we were already in line) demanded that they were next and made the poor sales woman ring them up for several transactions- all the while the line on our side was growing past the three people who had already been in line. Macy's- I know you are a failing company at this point. But please do both your sales people and customers a favor and get some organization going. Literally all you needed was a sign on one side saying to go to the other side for service while there is only one person working the counter.
