If you need autobody work done for any reason, I highly recommend Victorio's Auto Body. Gigi (front desk) and Sandor (estimator) are great, they walked me through the details and were extremely helpful through this process. An accident got into me when this commercial van backed into my Audi A6. He dented and scratched the driver side back door quarter panel over the wheel and to the rear bumper. Victorio's made it look like nothing ever happened. They are craftsman, the kind of people that take pride in their work. They have earned my trust and respect. The paint is chipping on the side they painted .Cheap parts where used . Nothing Lines up .The whole job has to be redone .We want our money back .I have a letter from new car dealer.The car was not repaired to factory standards. read more

My 2017 4 Series was repaired in August of 2017, two days after I got it. They did an amazing job. Perfection. I'll be back there tomorrow morning for yet another repair for my 4 Series. It's been a while, and can't wait to see the crew! I told them I'd be back! They'll all laugh at the damage this time and they have no clue I was in an accident and I'm popping in first thing tomorrow! Wouldn't trust my car with anyone other than Victorio. A couple weeks ago I took my car to Victorio to have a few body repairs done for dents/scrapes/rust that had happened in the past year. One dent happened during a storm when strong wind blew a shed door into my front bumper. The other 3 dents happened at different times; both driver side doors had deep scrapes and rust, and my back fender was scraped/dented from another incident. All were to be paid out of pocket. We had worked with Chris K before with another car, and liked how he handled that interaction, so we went back to him. I would highly recommend working with Chris K. He is attentive, calming, and super accommodating. He worked within my schedule, and got me in right away. I told him I couldn't be without my car for more than 5 days...he finished repairing all 4 damages in under 4 days. When I picked my car up this week, it looked like a brand new car (it's a Snow White Pearl Kia Sorento SX Limited SXL). I couldn't tell where they had done the repairs. The deep scrapes/dents/rust were flawlessly gone. I will always go back to Chris K whenever I need body repairs. The price for all 4 damages was really fair, especially since I was paying for the repairs myself without an insurance claim. Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place. I took my car there for minor cosmetic work (replace headlight and grill) and when I got it back the steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when I would drive it. I called and took it back and they guaranteed me they fixed it. Not true!! Apparently nobody even test drove it after the work because it was still shaking and one of the wheels was grinding! So back I go a third time and was greeted with all kinds of attitude from the office staff, like somehow it was my fault. There was nothing wrong with the wheels or steering wheel when I took it in. To make a long story short, I ended up taking it there FIVE TIMES to "fix" the vibration!! They never fixed it and after the 5th trip there they said there was nothing they could do and I need to pay even more for new wheel bearings! On top of all this, twice they told me my car was ready for pick up and I drive all the way there and it was not ready. I had to sit there for 2 hours while they worked on it. Completely unorganized and dishonest people. They damaged my car and would not admit it or fix it!! read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Victorio Auto Body! I was in a fender bender with my brand new car and the repair process couldn't have been easier. I have Allstate and was able to do my claim estimate there which streamlined the payment process. A few days after I dropped my car off it came back actually looking better than new. Everyone was helpful and answered any questions I had. They went out of their way to make this a less stressful experience for me. Jessica and Tom were incredible to work with. They went the extra mile in making sure I felt fully comfortable with my decision to have my Mercedes repaired there. With my vehicle being side swiped by another vehicle I went through the at person fault's insurance company. It was a nightmare to work with their claim representative. Luckily, Jessica knew right away that they were trying to give me the run around and took matters into her own hand, handling the process. Once they claimed responsibility and agreed to pay for all damages, Tom quickly called me to explain the repair process, ordered parts, told me what to expect in terms of time and how the car will look brand new. Victorio Auto Body even went out of their way to deliver my Mercedes to my at home parking spot knowing I worked late hours in Manhattan. I had a small dent and scrape on my leased car. Heard about this auto body shop on Yelp and went with the good reviews. Drove the car, got an estimate from Tom and work resumed the next day after approval from insurance company. Car was delivered in 3 days as promised. My car was hit awhile ago and I needed body work done. The person who hit me happened to have the same insurance company as I do. I chose Victorio Auto Body as the certified shop to make the repairs not having ever used them before. I dealt with Tom who was always so nice, kept me in the loop along the way, explained the entire process to me from beginnig to end. He and his staff couldn't do enough for me. Thanks Tom! My Mercedes got rear ended. The other guy had GEICO that wanted to take the car into their own shop. I found Victorio on MB website in the list of certified body shop. Very professional and clean auto body shop. The GEICO appraisal guy actually said that he has several more benzes being repairs at Victorio. They did a great job, arranged for rental agency to pick me up after I dropped the car of and kept me in the loop on all their communications with GEICO. Highly recommend. One note though I also had a tire replaced there and they don't accept credit cards. read more

Being somebody that is fairly new to Jersey I really rely on yelp when I am looking for new services. So when my car got scratched up I definitely was stressed because I could not take it to the place that I grew up near that I knew I could could trust, so I turned to yelp and luckily found this place. Tom was the gentlemen that worked with my car and from the moment I brought it in to hand him the estimate and have him look at the damage he was nothing but professional. The receptionist (I don't remember her name sorry) is also extremely friendly and helpful and we got into a nice conversation while I was waiting to be helped. Tom had the repair done by the date that he said it would be done and followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs-which of course I was. They even got me in the week between Christmas and New Year's as I would be out of state and would not need my car and he had it ready for me before I needed to return to work. This is one of those places I hope I don't have to return to but if I do I will definitely be using them again. Ps. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car and it looked like it was brand-new again! read more

Best customer service I've ever experienced at a body shop. One of the managers there named Tom, was beyond a delight to deal with throughout the whole process. He was fully welcoming and willing to answer every single question I had at all hours of the day. He was very upfront and honest right away with everything because he doesn't want it to be like other places where after a couple days they tell you something new that they have to add to the cost even after they already started. If you live in the area and need work on your car, I strongly encourage you to go to this guy because he'll make sure to deliver your car like brand new, at a decent price, while updating you and keeping you involved during the entire process. read more
