I let a problem go too long by allowing pigeons to roost under my solar panels. Throughout the day and into the evenings, swarms of pigeons would fly on top of my roof. Then I saw them crawl under my solar panels at night and roost. I contacted several cleaning companies, but the rates for cleaning were very high. Frank reached out via email and gave an immediate quote, that was lower than he rest, which can be good and bad. Luckily, Frank had great reviews on Yelp and that helped me move forward on getting Frank to start working on getting materials and scheduling the job. A week later Frank and Joaquin showed up at the house ready to go. I quickly asked Frank if he could install bird spikes along the chimney and vents that I had purchased , which he agreed to install without hesitation. Frank and Joaquin worked an entire 8 hours cleaning and installing critter guard and spikes on my roof and around my solar panels. They did a fantastic job and I was absolutely grateful for the work. I was able to easily Venmo the payment to Franks account and all was well. Frank handed me some cards, because the pigeons were going to need to find a new home. Unfortunately, they found my neighbor's house and I handed them Frank's card. The great thing is that the pigeons are literally gone from my roof, but bad is they are not gone from the area. I would highly recommend Victorious Panes and Window Washing for solar panel cleaning and critter guard installation. I have had Frank/Victorious Panes out several time now to clean our windows and I've always been very happy with his work. Not only do they do a very thorough job of cleaning the screens, windows and all the tracks but if you need screen repair they do that as well. I have had them repair multiple screens the price is very reasonable and Frank is a really nice guy too. I will keep him as long as he's around. They spent a lot of time carefully cleaning the windows inside and out, cleaning the screens, cleaning the window jambs, cleaning the window tracks, and cleaning the window sills.
