He was very communicative and flexible with scheduling. He showed up on time and was very professional and informative. After answering my questions, he got straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I really appreciate the before and after pictures, as well as offering reminder texts when it's time for the next cleaning. He also offers bird netting to protect your panels, and he offered a very generous bundle price if we decided to add on the bird netting during our next cleaning. Overall, Terry was professional, communicative, straight to the point, and it's obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work.
