The other problem was that he seemed to disappear for long periods of time without letting me know what was going on. I had thought of bringing a book for that eventuality, but... There were scrapes on my windshield and the old sticker not all the way removed. See pictures. I noticed the scrape on my rear bumper after I got home. After reading some reviews about damage being done and then them saying it was already there I decided to suck it up and move on. My rear bumper was replaced in 2018 from an accident and I know that scrape was not there previously. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache.
