Although I had prepaid for the vehicle, when I got to the dealership it took a few hours while they processed the paperwork. I was not offered the vehicle to look at during that time. The salesperson, Tracy, told me that the vehicle was in their shop being fully charged. When we finally finished the paperwork and I was ready to leave, they brought the vehicle out. When I sat in the car I noticed that the range was low, at 80% of capacity. It turned out that that particular Bolt had a battery software patch which limited its range (for several thousand more miles). I was not told this and it was not in the sales literature. It was a problem for many reasons, but at the time I was about 350 miles from home and had planned my return on there being a full charge. Tracy said that the MyChevy App would show charging stations along the way but it was incredibly poor and did not help. Although I made it back, the last 40 miles was at 30 mph so that I would not be stranded on the road. After making it home my daughter pointed out the many small dents in the car. It had obviously been in a hail storm at some point and while they were not deep dents, they were very visible under lower lighting. It is inconceivable that Victory did not know about this but nothing was said. According to the Carfax records the car had been at their dealership for many months. It may be another reason that the car was brought out to me at the last minute. A manager, Josh Bryan, responded to a couple of my emails but essentially said that everything was my fault and that there was nothing he could do. I am stuck with a car that has 80% of its stated range and which will be seriously devalued because of that and the many small dents when I want to sell it. Victory Chevrolet was not forthcoming about the condition of the car and in my opinion withheld it from inspection while I was waiting for over two hours there. I would certainly not recommend their dealership.

The salesman Travis Brooks is the 4/5 star rating because I dealt with him for 2 weeks and my crazy work and personal schedule. He was very nice, and more than understanding, and easy to get along with! No pressure either. I would give him 5/5 but deducted 1 star for the product that I was finally able to come up and see being over priced, over represented condition wise, and not a good value unless they dropped the price in almost half.

The salesman presented a non-counteroffer, showing me how much they were leaving on the table versus the MSRP. Bother. But later I realized that MSRP has little to do with their price of buying a used car for resale. The other problem was that he seemed to disappear for long periods of time without letting me know what was going on. I had thought of bringing a book for that eventuality, but... Overall a decent, but not perfect experience.

He knew I was not there to buy a vehicle, and he knew he would not get a sale, and he did not care. He was just happy to help me solve my problem. This is exactly the treatment you will get at Reed. Last year my wife bought a new Toyota, but we went to read first for her to test drive vehicles. We will always stop here first. They will never pressure you, but will be more than happy to show you what they have for sale and will educate you on every vehicle. They do not work on commission, so there is no high-pressure sales tactics. You don't have to buy a car here, but I highly recommend you stop and look before you make any decisions.

There were scrapes on my windshield and the old sticker not all the way removed. See pictures. I noticed the scrape on my rear bumper after I got home. After reading some reviews about damage being done and then them saying it was already there I decided to suck it up and move on. My rear bumper was replaced in 2018 from an accident and I know that scrape was not there previously. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache. If you don't want your property treated like this I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.
