I would recommend contacting the business early on in your project. However, once in contact, it was very easy to communicate with the representatives, especially through the phone. As a UT student organization recently reestablished on campus, we are low on funds. Aztec worked with our financial needs and lack of expertise for the event we were hosting for the first time. Their representative, Fontaine, showed me many shirt samples and their printing process. I felt very comfortable and could trust the quality of their products. Don't waste your time with them. They're extremely slow to produce small, simple orders. I had to…read moreemail and call after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order of two proof prints. They hadn't even touched my order at that point. When I finally picked up my order there was gunk all over one print and the guy was really rude about having to reprint and said it would be ready the next day. When I told them I had already waited almost three weeks for it and I'm pretty disappointed that I've got to come back the next day for it. He told me they had larger orders ahead of me and flat out, that my order was not a priority. I was stunned! Besides all of this terrible customer service, the prices are really high and I promise you can find better prices at other printers in Austin. The color quality is subpar as well. I won't be using this business again.
