I have used Victory Locksmith a number of times, and it has always been fast, friendly, reliable, and great pricing. What else can you ask for! I have recommended Victory to friends, and they have all been very happy with the service. I have used Victory when being locked out of my car and a friends, and also most recently to install a security surveillance camera outside of my residence. Phenomenal work every time. Victor is so friendly and such a hard worker, if you use him, he will do anything humanly possible to help you out. The first time I called, I was with a friend who locked their keys in their truck. Victor arrived within 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and got straight to work. It was an older truck too so it was pretty hard to unlock, but Victor was working really hard in the hot sun with all of the tools (like the blow up bag and the stick thing, sorry I don't know the technical terms lol). He popped it right open, and was super friendly during the whole process. Second time I called was because I had locked my keys in my trunk, first time EVER locking my keys in my car in 12 years of driving. I have a push start car, and i accidentally threw my whole workout bag in my trunk, I figured since it was sensor and the keys were close it would still open, EPIC FAIL. Anyway, first person I thought to call was Victor. It was late at night and cold, but I didn't wait long, bam he was there within like 10 minutes. I guess my car was pretty high tech because when he pushed the unlock button on the door, it started to arm security (knowing no one had entered the car). Then he tried opening the door handle, but same thing because it knew no one was in the car. Finally he hit the trunk button and the alarm went off, but I grabbed my keys and unarmed it. Victor did not get frustrated during the process, he was friendly and would just switch up his strategy if something wasn't working. Such a life saver! During this experience, we got to talking and I found out that he does surveillance cameras, which is exactly what I was looking for. He had done such an amazing job with everything else, I asked him to do the surveillance camera at my house. Victor came with another worker and worked very fast, he was done within a couple hours. He positioned the camera exactly where I wanted it, set up the monitor in my bedroom, and showed me how to use the settings. The camera even has night vision! And no visible wires. The camera setting I have records 5 seconds before and after it senses motion. As a woman home alone, it makes me feel so much more secure and safe knowing I have this camera. Victor did fast work with the surveillance system, and was so friendly and courteous during the whole process. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and work being done. I 100% recommend! Also on a side note, while he was working on my camera Victor received a few calls for jobs (people being locked out) and because he was unable to tend to them, he gave them great recommendations for their area. Someone had robbed things from my house. I discovered that my front door lock was broken. It is a very old door knob and lock. I called a few people after looking on Yelp. Some wanted to charge me just to come out and look at it with no guarantee they could even fix it and estimated that it would be very expensive to fix. I called Victor. He was at my house within 10 minutes. He fixed my front door and rekeyed all the doors in my house. His price was very affordable which I appreciated after I now have to replace things that were stolen, and couldn't waste money on paying someone to come out who might not even be able to fix it. Victor comes in sets me up with some high tech lock in the front then did a thorough inspection of my entire shop. My bathroom having issues with gang members coming in and tagging; solution single sided lock. Bam fixed. Next one door way entrance with keypad. Previous owner had jammed it and broke it bc he didn't want to deal with a keypad. Bam fixed. Back exit door, it was scrapping due to misaligned notches. He ground it out. Fixed. Victor came to our home to help us assess our security issues. I look forward to having him install good cameras in our home as well as install a quality lock. We had almost signed up for one of the monthly fee security companies but I kept thinking that they likely installed cameras that produced low quality images which would not be helpful other than a general description at best.
