This company is horrible with horrible customer service and horrible attitude. They have no compassion or understanding about time and dealing with medically fragile customer who need this service. They have insulted me and my child they have been multiple times late and have made my child miss appointments due to there lack of time and they have no sense of urgency when they are transporting there clients. The person name Jaime told me that they won't be transporting my anymore. Honestly its not the first time that they have said that to me and its not the first time that they have been late to pick my kid up. They don't hold any one accountable for this they just brush it off as if nothing. They don't deserve a star at all. read more

We have been using Victory transport for about a month and a half. While their staff is all friendly, they are almost always late and they simply didn't show up three different times for a scheduled ride to take my husband to dialysis. Every time, they claimed they were having problems with their computers and he was "auto-canceled", despite the fact I called to confirm a day or two in advance. They got my grandfather transported very quickly and overall he even said they were very great with the overall experience! Today was a rough day. I have been a nurse for 10 years and it never gets easier knowing you're sending a patient to the hospital most likely never to see them in this life again. I was so appreciative working with Victory during this very delicate patient transfer. They were kind and understanding. They were respectful of the situation and From the moment they walked in the door and I bombarded them with all the information, they advocated for both my facility and my patient. Because of HIPPA I can't share details, but I can say that I will always remember this day and the people involved in helping this difficult situation go as smoothly as possible and working as a Team with us to provide patient care. I recently had to transport my mother from St. Al's in Boise Idaho to her Assisted Living Center also in Boise. This was a nightmare experience. They did not know how to hook up the oxygen tank and asked the hospital staff how to do it. The tank was broken. They had not brought another tank for back up. Fortunately the hospital loaned an oxygen tank for transport. They did not attempt to cover my Mother with blankets....the hospital staff did that. They did not know how to exit the building and we circled the facility looking for the elevators. I told them I would not allow them to take my Mother without me in the vehicle as I had lost all faith in them. The driver was rude, and crude. He had loud rock music on the radio and I had to ask him to turn it down. He did not know where he was going and needed to be given directions. Again he was mouthy when I tried to give him directions. He told me he'd done this job for 20 years and he'd decide which way we entered the building when we arrived. We had to wait for 20 minutes upon arrival as he hadn't given directions to his co-worker. In fairness I had sworn at him.....rather than slap the crap out of him. This person should not have a job interacting with the living....let alone someone ill. The owner of the company called to discuss this situation but I did not speak to him as my Mother was dying. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES. No apology will ever change this horrible, unprofessional experience. read more
