Okay so I don't usually review places but I feel I really needed to do this place. You see all those 5 Star reviews? Those are because YES, the staff (family owned) is nice. My bf and I were helped by the daughter , son and dad.... the daughter and son were very nice and professional. So was the father. He was very accommodating BUT our second night stay he was acting odd. He called the room phone and asked to speak with "the guy" (my boyfriend) I thought that was strange cause the room was under my name so why ask to speak to him, right? But he said he could watch free movies. My bf said thanks and was talked through the process. But we were in the middle of dinner / watching our own television program. Seconds later he calls back and is more pushy this time insisting we put it on. ODD because how would he know that we didn't already follow his instructions??? So for the heck of it my bf listens to him and ends up leaded us to the PORN channel. He giggled and hung up so he knew what he was doing....... I didn't feel comfortable and peeked out the window and he was right outside the window and quickly went back into the office.... I started packing instantly while my bf ended up falling asleep and I heard a knock and tried walking my bf he took to long getting up so I looked out the window and it was the father (owner) he looked both ways and went back into the office. Mind you, my bf and I are both young. 23. We did NOT give off any "sexy" vibes. We simply came here to visit family and needed a cheap place to stay. Needless to say, I was very uncomfortable and scared the whole night. So those 4+ star reviews may be from OLDER people. Not at all "vulnerable".... so maybe he did this to us to take advantage, I don't know. Just ODD. Be careful. Other cons: my "non smoking room" smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom like weed... holes in sheets. Old wrappers under the bed. No hangers. The shower curtain was very small (not thin; small) so it didn't cover the shower got water all over the place. Used soap containers in shower. Long hair strains on the bathroom floor (4 of them) so apparently it's not getting cleaned. Not even a light cleaning. The towels given to me felt odd, very rough. Luckily I brought my own. The towel was given to me was also from a HOSPITAL. I would understand cheap dollar store towels but HOSPITAL (stolen/taken) towel??? Charged me $120 per night. I was told the 3rd night would be $93 if I wait to pay for that one the night before so I DID, but they said it was a mistake and ended up charging me $150 for that even though I was promised $93... RIDICULOUS. If you choose this place, good LUCK! Bring your own towels, wipe the hell outta everything and LOCK THE DOOR!!!!

It's surprisingly adequate and clean inside. The hookers here are even a better grade than you would expect to find. Chinasky would be proud!

I have stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Glendale multiple times and am a loyal Hilton customer…read more In general, I've always appreciated Hilton hotels because of their friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was extremely disappointing. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout my stay. The bathroom conditioner dispenser was not properly secured to the wall and repeatedly fell off during the night. Although it was supposedly fixed, the same issue happened multiple times. The coffee machine was also not cleaned properly. It still contained old black residue left behind by a previous guest, and I had to request a replacement. The worst issue was the bathroom. There was a strong sewage odor that made it feel like we were next to a sewer. I reported it to the front desk, but despite informing them, the problem was never resolved during our stay. To make matters worse, when I received my final bill, I was charged $3 for a bottle of water that I had used to rinse the dirty coffee machine because it was unusable as provided. What disappointed me the most was the lack of management involvement. Despite all of these issues, the General Manager never reached out to acknowledge the poor experience. A simple concern for the guest's experience would have gone a long way. I have always enjoyed staying at Hilton properties, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure situations like this are handled much better in the future.

I also liked the underground parking for security and convenient access to the hotel late at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the lobby and halls were luxuriously decorated as well. Along with the competitive pricing for rooms, the hotel offers a social hour with complimentary drinks and light snacks. This along with the amazing complimentary breakfast really sets this hotel apart from the others in the area. I have never seen a complimentary breakfast that offered as much as this one. They offer a custom omelet bar along with a buffet of other hot breakfast foods, oatmeal, fruit, cereals and breads and a variety of pastries. In addition to the offering, the dining area was well staffed with attentive servers and wait staff. A beautiful hotel, luxury accommodations and attentive staff.

The room was a BIOHAZARD and UNINHABITABLE. I've stayed in some questionable places, and this was by far the worst. The linens were paper thin and had urine stains, blood stains, and multiple hairs. Ok, well I'll just take a shower in the morning and get clean. Oh sorry, the shower head was completely rusted over, the tub did not drain, and you get to stand in dirt and hair and other people soup around your ankles while you shower in rust. There was a badly patched hole in the floor. Severe water damage. General wear and tear. Everything was dirty, dusty, and filthy. I asked management to unclog my tub, clean the shower, and get linens. They did none of these things. Expedia called the hotel and the best they could do was remove the stopper from the clogged tub. Management refused to give me my money back. Expedia gave like a 50 dollar voucher. I checked out and slept in my car. This place has decent reviews on multiple platforms. Now I highly suspect that these reviews were paid for. I beg, you. DON'T stay here. And if you pay at check in you will not get a refund from the motel. You have been warned. P.S. I have pictures of everything.

There is nothing luxurious about this hotel, but if all you need is a nice comfortable place to stay this is it. Other benefits is that there is complementary breakfast, which is average, as well as a gym and a pool. The hotel is walking distance to the Glendale Galleria and The Shops At The Americana for shopping and dining. Some negatives, $45 valet parking, our specific room had motorized shades which did not work and an AC with a slight hum. These are minor annoyances for an overall winning hotel. The hotel also benefits from a nice location in Glendale. Perfect midway stop from San Francisco to San Diego. It is within walking distance of several quaint neighborhood restaurants which added a nice local touch to our stay and made it convenient to grab dinner. The biggest drawback was the parking and traffic flow. It took us nearly 20 minutes just to get into the driveway to unload our luggage and check in because of the line of cars waiting to pull in. Checking out wasn't much better--we also had to wait while cars backed up in the driveway before we could leave. Parking is expensive, with self-parking at $30 per day in the rear lot or valet parking at $45 per day, plus a service fee. One of the highlights of the hotel was the bar and lounge area. After a full day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind with a drink in a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00-10:00 AM and offers a generous selection. There were sausages, scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, steel-cut oats, coffee, juices, and plenty of other breakfast options. The dining area was spacious, although it became crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a table. Overall, Hyatt Place Glendale offers spacious accommodations, a welcoming lounge, a great walkable location near local dining, and an excellent complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the congested arrival and departure experience, along with the costly parking.

I especially want to recognize Lorena, Gonzalo, Juan, and Gualberto from the kitchen. Hands down, these four are some of the kindest, most professional, and hardworking people I have ever met. Even during the busiest mornings, when they are running nonstop, they still greet everyone with a smile, treat every guest with kindness and respect, and make sure to ask if there is anything else you need. You can genuinely see how much they care about the guests. What really stood out to me was watching the four of them work together. They are a TRUE TEAM! They help one another, communicate, and somehow manage to make everything run smoothly while still making each guest feel important. That kind of service is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized. The hospitality throughout this entire hotel is exceptional. It isn't just about having a nice place to stay--it's about the people who make you feel welcome while you're there. Lorena, Gonzalo, Juan, Gualberto, and the entire Hilton Glendale staff--THANK YOU! Also saw him close the bar 15 mins before closing time so when a senior needed to order food 2 mins past 15, he was declined and offered to go offsite. Left a bad impression as the senior was not very able and informed him of his dilemma. If last call is 15 mins prior, two mins beyond this point isn't a big deal.
