I didn't want my returns e-filed I wanted them to send me the completed returns so I could review and sign them and send them off myself. It took me six emails to explain this to them and at the end of the conversation managing partner of the firm told me not to come back to his company next year. I have had previous experiences with this company and find them to be condescending and rude. Avoid them at all costs! Speaking of cost they charged me over $600 for a return that I am now doing on TurboTax in an hour and a half for 1/6 of the price with excellent support.
