It's been like this since we started going to this location next to Publix in October 2021. It's not gotten better or worse, just consistently unfriendly for the past year +. The location we used in Herriman Utah was the same way. We've been using the UPS drivers and paying for the pick up just to avoid going to the UPS stores. Also, one of my Amazon returns has gone missing from this specific location and I've been charged for it by Amazon. This UPS store is ZERO help with that.

I made such a mistake choosing Island Printer in Hilton Head to make my business cards. They were…read morevery expensive and pre-charged me without showing me a tangible sample. When my order finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks, the cards looked awful. The colors and text were so faint that they weren't ledgible. I told the 2 ladies that run the shop that I couldn't use the cards and asked if they could reprint them (without charging me). They told me that was not possible and would not refund my money. I left the box of the cards on their desk and walked out. After that horrible experience, I found a print shop in Bluffton called Accurate Litho. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, printed a sample for me before they ran the order and I didn't have to pay for that order until I picked the cards up. I was completely satisfied. Ironically, the gentleman at Accurate Litho knew of the management and quality at Island Printer and wasn't surprised, as he had heard of other's similar experiences numerous times before.
