During my last visit, the manager and the receptionist appeared somewhat annoyed that I just walked in without an appointment, and even told me to go away. I only stayed and was serviced because a barber stepped in and insisted that I remain so he could cut my hair. He was the only one who wanted me to stay. However, the manager and receptionist were not happy about it. The barbers are super friendly and professional. Management and the host team leave a lot to be desired. They are not very welcoming or accommodating to people with exceptional physical challenges or walk-ins. Keep that in mind if you are considering this place.

Land the fade was literally one of the worse fades I have ever seen ! I still tipped you $5 to not be an A hole ! But I won't be bringing my kid to your Chair again . Update : to the owner who replied , if you think this is a clean edge up , you gotta be outta your mind .
