After having my voicemail go unanswered, I contacted them on Facebook. After looking to see that a time stamp shows that they read my Facebook message, but did not respond, I checked my web order to find that the order had been refunded without them sending me any feedback about why. I had to check the item page to determine why I might have been refunded and the item is now listed as out of stock. It appears they have a nice service at their kiosk, however while their website looks great and is well organized, I don't feel that they attend to keeping stock status up to date or monitoring it for orders very well.

This is the first shop that comes to my mind when I want used games. They have the best deals, way better than any of the major chain stores could even touch. Also, their sales are the best around, some including the buy one get one free game/blu ray/dvd. These stores happily take returns on items that weren't up to par and will even allow you to test out items purchased before leaving the store! Lets see you do that at a major chain store. The customer service i receive at this store is bar none the best I've received at any game store...ever! This place is really the best place in Columbus to go to buy games. They sell new games for 55 usually, are super cool about preorders and often have sales that put gamestop to shame. The manager Chad is excellent about maintaining proper customer service, and I have never had an experience there that is anything other than top notch read more
