Brittney has been there every step of the way in my doggo journey - literally from the beginning! She was a wealth of dogmom knowledge and helped me navigate the crazy-scary-wonderful life adjustments I went through during the adoption process (shoutout to Lost Dog & Cat Rescue!). It gave me HUGE peace of mind knowing I could rely on Blue Paw if something ever came up at work or if I had to go out of town. She keeps me up-to-date on pretty much everything that happens, when it happens (including "report cards" - see attached photo!). I'm going to call it like I see it, because I live it - as a milennial professional in the NoVA area, I want to "have my cake and eat it, too" - I want to kick ass in my career but I also want to have an adorable furbaby and take care of him way better than I take care of myself. I don't want him home for 8+ hours a day without a good break. If I can't make it home for a midday walk myself, I know Brittney is able to save the day. I trust her completely - Cooper (my doggo) absolutely loves her, so much so that sometimes I worry he loves her more than me! But I have to admit that if he does, it's because she totally deserves it. Sidenote: I'm a brand new doggo owner, first time ever, and Brittney knows exactly how to make me feel better while I'm somewhere else feeling guilty I can't walk Cooper myself. She sends me plenty of photos and videos (once we even videochatted while I was overseas and homesick for my puppy!). They sent summaries and fun pictures of their adventures. She had a major seizure during a visit. Her walker contacted me immediately, and Greg made arrangements for her other walks to allow her to be with my dog while I could get there. Her walker provided amazing care to my dog and a detailed account to the vet. They were dedicated and supportive on a most difficult day. I recommend them highly.
