Dr. Mills' office is actually closer to my home. After a thorough eye examination, I was told that I was misdiagnosed by the other optometrist. What a relief! The previous doc hadn't even performed the tests needed to make the diagnosis, just made his judgment based on symptoms. Dr. Christopher Mills took the time to sit down with me and go over the test results, explain my symptoms and treatments, and help me get fitted back into contact lenses (that I hadn't worn in over two years). I feel that I was treated with care and concern by Dr. Mills. I felt appreciated and not just hurried through so he could get to the next patient. Check on if they take your insurance. Take a pile of cash because they are not credit card friendly. That meaning they charge you about 3% on your total payment. In today's world I find that very unusual because most people don't carry cash or a checkbook. For us older people that equates to 3 to 4 days food. All else was good except due to my insurance I had to go to a different place for my glocoma exam..

Since the warranty only works on one frame and mine broke in 30 days, I can't get another frame WHEN this one breaks. They told me that if I keep adjusting them that's what's breaking the frame, they blame shifted the poor quality of the product to it being my problem. One warranty, no refunds, poor customer service and lack of accountability of anyone there doing wrong. It's the customers fault...They have the same problem as so many other business do now, they look past you to the next customer.

When I politely corrected him, he brushed it off entirely. What makes it worse? I sent a kind, detailed follow-up email asking about important next steps in my eye care--lenses, drops, treatments--and nearly two weeks later, I've received no response. For a place that had no problem taking over $600 for glasses, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I don't recommend this clinic if you expect to be treated with basic respect or to receive professional follow-through on your care.
