They understand what a flat white is most of the time and for me, who prefers lighter fruity roasts...their hit you in the nutz strength is well tempered with ordering a latte or FW if you follow me. While strong, it is beautifully roasted and does not leave you with a burnt taste. But you will not get those third wave hoity toity "notes" them nerds dream about.
