Starting at 4:00pm and until 5:30 I called every 20 minutes asking for an update. I was told each time the driver was on his way and each time from a different location in the Valley. Finally, at 6pm I called another towing services and they said that they would be to me in 15 minutes for 20 dollars cheaper. At that moment their driver arrived so I allowed him to tow our vehicle. I didn't change services while I was waiting because the had me prepay. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES prepay for a towing service from this company. When I phoned them about my service the following day, the dispatcher said that I received the services that I paid for and hung up on me.
