When I laid face down on the table, my nose did not inhale the most refreshing scent. Other foot spas I've gone to put down a fresh cloth with offers of a scented oil. My masseuse was a tall man who was courteous and gave me a nice, gentle massage. Towards the end of the massage he had me flip over and provided a minute of massage to my head, face and calves. I'm used to other similar places that flip you over half way through to focus on your arms, hands, thighs, shins, feet, head/face, neck and shoulders. I would have given this place 3 stars, but when it came time to pay I was charged $60. When I asked why the sign said $48, I was told that's only for foot massage. False advertising to say the least!

Finally came across one listing in Yelp located in Hauppauge- Let me tell you, a true gem! Nina answered and there was availability! Upon arrival, she was so welcoming! Unlike a few I have been to where they were rude and sour faced- Nina was personable and attentive! She asked what , where and was careful with the injured body parts! Being a fan of Asian body work, the next day I decided to check it out. I was welcomed at the door by Vicky who led me back to one of the massage rooms. I was impressed by the freshness of the décor and overall cleanliness of the place. I decide to go for one hour, but within the first 15 minutes I was in such bliss that I asked to extend to 90 minutes. Vicky was extremely sensitive to the trouble spots in my body. Se was gentle where needed and used firmer pressure when needed, always asking me for feedback on my comfort level. For the rest of the massage I pretty much forgot where I was and hated to come back to earth at the end. normally I get a massage every two weeks or so, but a couple of days later I was in the neighborhood with some extra time on my hands and decided to stop in again. This time I was greeted by Lili. Once again, what started as a one hour massage was extended to 90 minutes, and once again I was in heaven. Lili also was very sensitive to my body's needs. I suffer form chronic pain due to osteo-arthritis, and I find massage therapy very healing when done correctly. Both Vicky and Lili are obviously extremely experienced and highly professional and both have a fabulous massage technique. Prices are extremely reasonable at $50 per hour. As is the custom with Most Asian spas, a tip of $15 to $20 per hour is expected, but when you compare these prices to many western-style massage studios that charge $90 to $120 an hour - plus gratuities - you cant beat it. In terms of the booking, this place is very accommodating and responsive. I had many questions on the various couples packages. They answered what they could immediately and called me back (had in person customers) to finish responding to my questions. I called 13 days in advance to try to schedule the visit for my wife's actual birthday (a Sunday). They only had availability on the Saturday for that same weekend so i booked. The weekend before my appointment, they called to say they were able to move my appointment to the Sunday for my wife's actual birthday. I declined as we already scheduled other plans for the Sunday, but i did express my gratitude for them trying to accommodate the special occasion. For the spa visit, they were welcoming when we arrive and the massage specialists we had were excellent. They confirmed any body areas that needed special attention and then the appropriate amount of pressure. My wife also said she enjoyed her massage. It was a very good experience. However, on the day of my next appointment, I arrived on time only to find I had been switched to another masseuse without any notice or explanation. This was brushed off as a "minor mistake," despite the fact that the schedule was agreed upon by all three parties--myself, the front desk, and the masseuse. This is not a good first impression, and it shows a lack of communication and consideration for clients' time. If you choose this location, I strongly suggest double-checking your appointments in advance. Personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere where communication and professionalism are taken more seriously.
