This place is frustrating. I was quoted a price on a laser hair removal and the couple of times I went in for treatment the price would change. Not to mention the numerous no show bills I would get in the mail even after I had called to cancel the appointment in advance. When I got my first no show bill of $50 in the mail I called to dispute it because I had called three days in advance to cancel it. They asked me if I remembered the receptionist I had spoke with, which was well over a month later. When I told them no, that I didn't remember, they said that they would let this one no show bill slide but if I didn't show again I will have to pay. I could not believe I was getting repremanded by a dr.'s office reception staff for calling ahead to cancel. This was the start to three other no show bills. One was due to the receptionist scheduling my appointment wrong. Another was for an appointment I never scheduled and the last was for an appointment I called in advance again to cancel due to a family emergence. After the horrible nightmare of the reception staff I quit going. Even though I was paying for my treatments, I felt like I was treated with utter disrespect. Maybe things have changes since I have stopped being a client but I would never consider them again. read more

I went into this place in 2013 initially for a consultation on vein removal. I was quoted a price by the doctor at the consultation. He hand-wrote it, which did not seem like an issue at the time. When I went in for the actual treatment, the price changed to almost 75% more than what the doctor had written. I thought I had gotten confused about the price but when I got home and looked at the written quote, I realized I had indeed been overcharged. When I called them about it and faxed them the written paperwork, everyone I spoke to denied the lower price, even though it had been written down by the doctor. They did a fair job with the vein removal, not perfect but it is certainly has a much better appearance. Just be ready to pay a lot more than they quote you. Or get an official, computer-printed quote that details exactly what is to be done, so that when they charge you more, you can argue the "upcharge." Personally, I'm going to do business with a more reputable clinic that I don't have to fight with and that I can trust will uphold its quoted cost. Another problem with this clinic is the doctor that treated me seemed to either have a hearing problem or a language barrier. I had to ask him questions multiple times before he would give an answer...which is not necessarily a reason to not use the clinic, but the changing quoted fees certainly is. I recommend finding a clinic that sticks to its quotes and wants your return business. That is the usual way medical offices operate. This place is missing out on years of future treatments I am going to have -- at a different clinic. I'm taking my money elsewhere. read more
