He was paid to use 316L stainless steel cable. He either got a bad batch or used an inferior cable as it rusted within a couple months of installation. Ron said he would replace it. Said he treats customers the way he would treat a family member. It's been over a year and the cable has still not been replaced despite Ron's promises and guarantees that it would be replaced. Ron Robleto of Melbourne Beach always has excuses why he hasn't been able to replace it yet. Now, Ron no longer responds to emails or messages and has gone silent.

My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. That company was supposed to be coming back to repair the pavers, but no called/no showed on us twice, and didn't stand behind their work. So we asked David to help us with the repair and sealing. His price for the repairs and sealing was almost half of what the other company was trying to charge us just for the sealing. Stellar paver's team was able to identify issues with the original installation and pointed out issues that should be fixed, even though it added more work and another day to the project. The quality of the work was top notch and the communication was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves, they were friendly and got the job done correctly and on time. Sounds like a tall, impossible order; Correct? Not if you select Wagner Pavers as you "make your statement in stone". Thank God for a neighbor who recently hired them to create his paved driveway as we may have never found Wagner without questioning our neighbor about who was completing his work. Their work is likely completely through word of mouth as I've never seen any advertising from them. Their work speaks for itself. Once you meet them, from the office personnel, the owners & workers, you are clearly a part of the team formed to get the job done to perfection. Feeling like part of the Wagner Pavers family is expected once you meet them. Our job was a large one. I was skeptical before we started as to whether we really needed to have the work done at all but now that it is complete, it is VERY clear how it enhances our property & sets the value at a new level. Our driveway alone is ~2,400 square feet. Along with the driveway, we also converted two patio areas with the same pavers. The stones that were in the patio areas before the new pavers were placed were irregular in height and difficult to walk on. Now that the new pavers are placed, the surface is flat, coordinated, blended with the driveway and enhances the entire look of the house. Before I close this review out, I'll try to express the commitment & exceptional expertise of the workers. With ~40 years of on-off constriction in three different states & 4 different homes, re-doing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, pools along with doubling the size of our 1st home adding many addition rooms, heated flooring & fireplaces; We've worked with many many contractors, concrete masons, carpenters, window manufacturers, roofers ect. But I have to say that the guys that work for Wagner Pavers are THE most exceptionally talented workers I've EVER experienced. This fictitious contract is missing many legally binding elements for FL; license #, starting date, AND, parent company info. are only three examples. All Florida Fence uses a "contract" that is null. The owner, of both AMZ Services Inc. and All Florida Fence, has used all sorts of excuses for NOT owning up to being a business with integrity. All he has to do, is refund my deposit. Cancel my "contracts". Because All Florida Fence is a fictitious company, both companies are being reported to various agencies. Jose is one of the hardest working men I have ever met. Despite having to go and empty a trailer full of dirt he had to dig up and 2 trips for 2 trailer-fulls of paver base, Jose completed this entire project in less than 6 hours. Jose was meticulous with the measuring and leveling, continuously adjusting until all the pavers were perfect. Jose has super skill with the gas powered paver cutter and made some beautiful custom paver corners for the border. Besides pavers, Monarch can handle many other jobs including driveways, paver installation and sealing, paver repair, concrete, custom fireplaces, artificial turf, children's play grounds, yard grading and customer patios.
