Then 10 minutes later she calls back and said Brian Edwards told her it was unrepairable and that they needed another $800.00 to start replacing it. So when I got home I run to Theisens and buy a new thermocouple for $11.76 I Know nothing about fixing a water heater. But with the help of a You-tube Video it took me 15 minutes to replace, And Guess what no problems since? So I called to tell them and they say "WELL GOOD FOR YOU!" But at least they did not charge me for the visit! (So instead of being unrepairable and $800.00. It was 11.76 and 15 minutes.)

Went in for a check engine light, left with a check engine light, because they had to work on another vehicle even though I had an appointment. They changed the heads on my vehicle in January after it overheated, 3 weeks to get the parts in and fix it and the vehicle hasn't run right since. Then they blame some other reason so they don't honor their 'warranty'. $4000 in 'repairs' and the vehicle runs like crap, won't go over 40 mph without issues. They don't have mechanics, they have parts replacers that need a computer to tell them what the problem is, if the computer can't tell them they play this endless game of changing out sensors. Run far away from these mechanically incompetent rip-off artist conmen.
