We had to bring in the professionals. I emailed Slagers (including when we purchased it, the model number, etc). They said the could fit us in and to give them a ring. We called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit us in Monday morning at 8AM. Huzzah. I was given an 8-10AM window and our technician, Nate, came right at 9AM. He was insanely knowledgeable and pleasant. He found the fix within ten minutes. He outlined the bill with me prior to leaving, as to ensure no surprised. Boom. Done. The appliance ownership that comes along with homeownership isn't always the easiest or glorious. Again, the sales person was so down to earth and honest. He was not trying to sell us on the most expensive unit and talked us through all of our options. We had to wait a period of time as the unit we wanted was back ordered, no fault of the company. Again, the delivery guys were polite and efficient. I will be going back for all my future appliances!
