After a great experience with my first surgery (a 360-tummy tuck with lipo) I didn't hesitate to…read morereturn to Dr. Rodriguez for my second one. This time I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift, fat transfer to my lower lip and a lip lift. I knew I wouldn't regret my decision. From my very first consultation and every follow-up appointment, the care I received was exceptional. What impressed me most during the consultation was that she asked what my concerns were. After that, she recommended exactly the procedures I needed and explained how they would be done. She didn't try to steer me in a different direction beforehand or upsell unnecessary procedures. Instead, she listened carefully, considered my concerns and assured me the treatment plan that would provide the results I was hoping for. This gave me the confidence that she really cared about achieving the best outcome rather than simply selling procedures. Of course, because I had previous experience with her, I already knew this but it was nice to have that reassurance. The results have exceeded my expectations. Friends and family kept telling me how refreshed and natural I looked, and after I posted photos on Facebook, someone actually asked if I had used a filter. That was probably one of the biggest compliments I could receive. The entire staff is just as amazing as Dr. Rodriguez. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their patients. They were incredibly accommodating with my work schedule when arranging my consultation, surgery, and every follow-up visit, making the entire process as stress-free as possible. I also appreciated that financing options were available, and the pricing was comparable to or even better than other surgeons I previously researched in the area for my first surgery. Considering the quality of care and my results, I truly feel it was an excellent value. I can honestly say that if I ever decide to have another procedure in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for an exceptionally skilled surgeon who delivers beautiful, natural-looking results while providing outstanding care from start to finish.

I hadn't had a skin cancer screening in years so I was past due. I wasn't sure where to go so I…read morebegan looking up which places my insurance accepts and decided to come here since it was close to home. They have a couple of offices in this building and my review is for Suite 121. When I made the appointment, I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get in for my appointment. I thought for sure it would be a month or two. The skin cancer screening was thorough, and I was made to feel comfortable while my body was checked from head to toes. There were a couple of moles and bumps that I didn't care for so they were quickly frozen and I'm happy to have them gone. Everybody there is very friendly and welcoming, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dermatology services. Lastly, I posted some information with pictures. Feel free to take a look. The important info can help you with keeping your skin healthy.

If I have a 10:00 appointment, why is the world would it be 11:20 before I see the doctor?? It's because they don't know how to schedule, just bring everyone in and let them wait. Received a bill by email. Nothing their billing handled by the office. Sent me to a website that could not recognize who I was. Called the office, sent to 3rd party billing - 25 minute wait for them to answer. Listen to these reviews - and go somewhere else!

Hello, I don't…read morerecommend Dr. Heather Orkwis based on my experience. It all started when I was having an issue with my skin after using a product. Dr. Orkwis prescribed me a few medications that didn't resolve the issue. I went back to her and requested additional treatment until we can find the right meds that work. Because with dermatology patients respond differently to the same medications and treatments can vary based on ethnic skin type. Dr. Orkwis advised me that she felt that the meds should've worked and that she wanted to do a skin test. I didn't want to jump to a skin procedure because I know it was some correlation between the product and my skin reaction but I didn't know how to solve it. The next thing I know she left the room and sent another employee in the room to tell me she wasn't going to prescribe me any medicine. Which I thought was unprofessional. I had a couple issues and because I didn't consent to invasive skin test she wouldn't help me any further. I wasted an office visit fee with her it was a useless appointment. As an adult I have the right to be involved in my treatment it's my body. Also, invasive test on skin normally will leave permanent scarring which is why unless it's absolutely necessary it shouldn't be performed. Afterward, I scheduled an appointment with a different physician at a totally different practice. I'm so glad I did. The doctor was very nice, diverse and attentive and listened to my concerns and took the time to ask intelligent questions to investigate the issues. The new doctor gave me an exam and figured out my skin issue. I was actually allergic to the product I was using on my skin throughout the year and I didn't know it. The doctor then advised me that the few meds Dr. Orkwis prescribed me shouldn't have been prescribed and that's why they didn't work. I was being treated for issues that I didn't have. New doctor wrote a prescription for me to apply and within 2 weeks my skin issue was resolved. That's why choosing the right doctor is so important because you don't want to simply give your insurance card/ alternate method of payment for someone to make a profit. You should be able to get assistance when visiting the doctor that's what a doctor is suppose to be there for helping and welcoming all patients. This isn't just me with those concerns. Previous reviews from other patients that I seen Dr. Heather Orkwis had similar concerns in past reviews. I would strongly advise you to get a 2nd opinion before allowing her to perform any invasive skin test/ procedures on you. Unless, you know without a doubt you need it. Do your research and try to choose a good dermatologist who actually cares about all patients and genuinely wants to help without quickly giving up on you. I hope this review helps. Have a wonderful day.
