I have been a patient of Dr Singh's for nearly 10 years, and I have nothing but PRAISE & appreciation for the excellent care he has given me. Dr. Singh his N.P. Noosha and Sarah have ALWAYS treated me with dignity & respect! Dr. Singh was the only dr who diagnosed the Cervical Spondylitis I was suffering from. Other doctors put me thru rigorous & expensive medical procedures, to no avail. When the PAIN radiating down my arm became almost unbearable, I was FINALLY referred to the most CARING Doctor I know, Dr Singh. Over the years he has helped me get thru debilitating lower back pain (with Epidurals) along with agonizing left hip pain. When my husband & I were without Health Insurance, Dr. Singh was the ONLY Doctor who always made time for me, gave me the left hip injections I desperately needed and NEVER charged me ANY MONEY, when he knew of our situation. I had a bad fall that resulted in 2 herniated Lumbar Discs. After MRI and Xrays and CT Contrast- I was referred to Dr Singh by a long time close friend- (also a Doctor). Dr Singh's office and Staff made me feel very comfortable -based on Professionalism and the sheer Aesthetics of the whole Facility. Dr Vic Singh himself called me into his Office- and went over all my scans- this was a Friday. Being fairly astute- I had questions that were answered immediately and without guesswork. I was scheduled for a minor Procedure the following Monday which necessitated full Anesthesia and a two element surgical protocol. Monday I checked in- was passed through to the Surgery center, and began a Journey which went flawlessly and without blemish.. Having had NO issues before relative to a Back injury, I was very concerned. My experience with the SOLUTION aspect of my injury - and the RESULTS I was advised to expect, was as explained, and expected. Dr Singh's Follow-up was GREAT ! TY ! read more

Absolutely deplorable behavior from staff. Shady business practices especially from Flor the office manager, and also Elder. You will be lied to and given the run a round saying it's not their problem. You know when they cut corners in the office, it trickles down to the ORs and patient care. If I could give this place zero stars I really would. My father, who is 75 years old, went to Dr. Singh two times for back pain issues he has been having. The first time he visited the office, Dr. Singh pressured him to get a back support system. My father told the doctor that he didn't want the device, but sure enough the doctor billed it to his insurance for over $500. The second time he visited the office to get an epidural, the nurse (or whoever else it was that was working there) brought him to one of the doctors room and left him there for more than 3 hours! They literally forgot about him there. Finally, my father had enough and walked back to the waiting room to ask the receptionist where the doctor was. The receptionist said that the doctor had left and that he had to make another appointment! At that point he just walked out. These people are seriously unprofessional. All they want is your $$$. If you want to go to a doctor who actually cares about his/her patients, please go elsewhere. All Dr. Singh cares about is taking advantage of people. read more

Dr. Vik Singh I wish I would have looked him up before going to his office. He is a complete swindler, and takes advantage of the handicapped. Took me back in his office after charging me 250.00 and told me from the time I walked into his office that he wouldn't help me because I wouldn't be able to afford it. He didn't know my financial situation and made a poor choice of assumption. When I asked for my money back for we were in his office before he offended me. He said I am doctor, you pay for my time. I'm amending my comments.. Dr, Vik Singh doesn't take Blue Cross Insurance anymore. For his past patients or current patients, nothing was told about this latest information. If I could give this place zero stars, I would with extreme prejudice. This is just another crooked "tune and lube" joint that likes to push epidurals and anesthesia like it's going out of style. My mother is a recovery room nurse for these types of places and she has told me the horrors that go on at these places. STEROID INJECTIONS ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU. After a third injection, damage starts to occur. Dehydration of your discs, scar tissue, worsening of existing problems. It's just a short term band aid that may take the pain away for a little while, but it will be back with a vengeance, believe that. As for this office and it's staff, mediocre at best. The atmosphere is very drab, unfriendly and unsettling. I can assure you too that more than half the people that are writing the good reviews on here are either staff, friends of staff or the owners themselves. I'm so sick and tired of these places taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. I also have a friend that came here for an injection and was hurt in the process. The person performing the procedure (Dr. Singh no doubt) struck a nerve with such extremity, that my friend is now in worse shape than before. But stuff like this can or is suppose to happen right? Well that is why they make you sign that treatment agreement. I could go on and on about the cons that far outweigh the pros. Don't take my word for it though, just take a quick look through the reviews on here after you read mine. They are many and definitely say a lot about what goes on here. If you are going to seek help and relief from pain, read up on PRP therapy. Definitely the way to go. Pain management in our great and wonderful country is a joke and places like this back that up. I started seeing Dr. Singh after some douche, I mean Dr. Screwed up a epidural in my neck amongst other problems with my back and neck. I am a long-time patient of Dr. Singh's. It's been my experience that Dr. Singh and the PA, Nosha, genuinely care about my well-being and do everything within their power to help me manage my chronic pain. I have read some of the reviews here and agree with the criticisms people have regarding the office staff (which is why I rated this office a 4 versus a 5). Yes, there are times when the waiting room gets crowded but I believe some of this is caused by people trying to see the doctor without an appointment. And yes, sometimes I have to wait past my appointment time. But I have experienced that at pretty much all of my other doctor's offices too. While I wish that the office staff had stronger people skills, the medical staff (Dr. Singh, Nosha and the team in the surgery center) are very capable and competent. read more

Ive been a patient of Dr. Singh's since 2007. Id like to first mention that Dr. Singh is not an accupuncturist. He is a pain specialist. He is by far one of the best doctors ive ever seen, and not counting anymore but being a workers compensation patient I ve been around the block. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my pain since having back surgery. I have seen staff come and go but can attest that the changes have been for the better. Wait time is average of 30 min-hr but def worth it. Its interesting to see people comment otherwise. read more

I complained to Dr. Singh, my progress reports were incorrect, my back problems had been omitted from these reports, which had already been sent to Worker Compensation insurance company and the AME doctor for review. Instead, of trying to fix the problem, Dr. Singh responded in a very negative and unprofessional manner. I am looking for another doctor, this is sad because I have been Dr. Singh's patient for over 12 years. This is true regarding his staff; Cameron D.and Bob G.. Dr. Singh's staff lack the trainning to product quality reports that accuratly reflect Dr. Singh's ability as a back and pain specialist. The finished reports reflect thier lack of skills. I've been seeing doctor Singh now for about 9 years and what I have to say about him and his staff I think is fair considering the times we're in, first they are running a medical business and unlike other conventional businesses the attention to each and every patient health concerns are very complicated and are a top priority for this doctor and his staff,His mannerism and professional conduct are superior to most in his field, As a high-standard individual I look for a very diverse office and his staff is a very well balanced array of multicultural people. I have had my share of misunderstandings in his office over the years but given the array of people in his office, I just step back take a deep breath and come in for round 2 and the misunderstanding is all cleared up. I would never trade a very good doctor in for a money hungry doctor or a misunderstanding, He is a very good Specialist, but he could not be as good as he is without his team of professionals his wife Oksana, His office manager Kate (a nice lady) his PA Nosha (she's great), his medication coordinator Ani (She's a sweetheart) Juan his appointment schedule a great guy and the Nova Surgical Institute and its staff and not to forget Michael's Pharmacy this team of professionals are not money hungry they can't be with a worker compensation case they are a patient group of professionals with a great attitudes, I understand some people get frustrated with the wait time sometimes especially when they're in pain, but for him to be a good doctor he needs a good patient so we must do our part as patients and just wait in the lobby or we can wait at home in our beds with no help in site just tv. "Michelle" first told me when I called at 11am that she would call me back in an hr to let me know about insurance. 4 hrs later I called in and she says she'll call me back no matter what in 30 min. The catch? They were closed 30min later. So basically, she's an absolute liar willing to say whatever she can to get you off the phone. They need to fire her worthless a$$. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Singh's since 2008. I had been a patient of another physician in the offices and he then turned his patients over to Dr. Singh. I had been seeing this other physician for constant excruciating pain in my left foot and ankle. Needless to say, I was not happy to be passed on to another physician and assumed Dr. Singh would just continue to write my prescriptions and not pay much attention to me since I was dumped on him. I couldn't have been more wrong! On my first visit, he was kind,caring and compassionate and on my second visit, he asked me what I thought about a Spinal Cord Stimulator? I had never heard of one. None of my previous pain management doctors ever mentioned one, just prescribed medications. I was thrilled to hear about this and jumped at the chance to have a trial stimulator put in. We scheduled the surgery and within 3 days my pain was decreased by 70%. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Singh for this. He is a very good doctor and they now have their own surgery center in the adjoining office. His staff is very helpful especially Ani, who goes above and beyond her job description, helping the patients in various ways.
