Shocker, the Lake Wales Dunkin's is inside the Walmart. Dunkin' to the rescue. I was able to grab my large iced mocha coffee and the afternoon slump was averted. The store was cutely decorated for fall too. I haven't been a fan of their donuts since they stopped making them in store in the early 2000's. They never seem very fresh but the coffee hit the spot.

I ordered a coffee (I think it was the Honey bee or something) and it was honestly AMAZING. I also had their chicken salad for lunch while my husband had their pulled pork and my dad had their Cuban. Everything was delicious and I loved my bean salad too! Kids had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and they enjoyed them along with the chips it came with. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was nice as well. I saw a couple tables there enjoying books and it seems like a cute little place to read. I will definitely be back on our next visit.

The sandwich was served on toasted panini bread with a scoop of chickpea salad, lettuce, and tomato. They were busy with an after bell tower concert crowd, but the service was efficient and timely.
