We both got one of the seasonal caramel drinks (old man Marley?). I got the hot and she got the cold. The hot was decent, no real complaint but I'd go elsewhere honestly. My wife got the cold version and something about it was off, especially towards the bottom it had like a bologna or something taste. She told me to taste it without telling me what she thought but we both came to the same conclusion. No clue what it could've been but it was awful. Personally I'd go to a big brand store over this one again. Inside was pretty tight too, especially for those in a wheelchair or have a stroller.

Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. Not sure.if she truly thought she was given a compliment to my sister but what is wrong is wrong. She knew she did wrong. For sure we will not be coming back and for sure I have no desire to use what I have left of a gift card. Unprofessional and honestly so out of touch with your clientele. Winter Haven is growing rapidly and you will have to deal with all of more people like us. Some people are so passive aggressive that is gross. I had a double espresso on this visit as well. And got that super good short bread cookie again. I am not a big sweet eater, but those little cookies are addictive. My food order was an egg whisk with ham. It comes with bread, but I opted out of that. They were really slammed with customers and to go orders so I waited quite a while for my food. Honestly it was worth the wait. Also got to watch the cook and he was doing a really good job of pumping the food out and it all looked delicious. So there is that.
