With years of design experience, Andrea took the time to explain the differences between luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials so we could make the best decision for our space, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. What really stood out was her incredible customer service and design expertise. Since I wasn't able to come into the showroom right away, Andrea even FaceTimed me through the store, showing me countless flooring samples, tile options, colors, textures, and finishes. She also shared photos of completed projects to help me visualize how everything would look in a real home setting. Within hours of our appointment, she had already sent over a detailed written quote. The selection at The Floor Store is fantastic, and if you can visit in person, it's absolutely worth it. Southeastern Salvage sells everything from tile and wood flooring, to granite, to kitchen cabinets, islands, sinks and vanities, to things like furniture, curtains, rugs and decor. I bought a hammock swing for like $28, which is a steal. I also bought a couple of small woven rugs for $1 each. Stores like this are paradise for me. I seriously recommend checking it out if you're looking for anything for your house.

From the day I phoned to see if they could come give me a quote, to the day the installation was completed --everything went as promised and with top quality service. The owner came to our home, very knowledgeable, listened, worked with us to get a sample even on a day the store was closed, then emailed me a quote outlining what we spoke about. When I was ready to proceed, he was responsive to phone calls and questions; scheduled our install on the days we were on vacation and the install went without any problem. We love the new floors, were very pleased with the installers, and now I know why they've been in business for 20+ years.
