Exceptional Flooring Experience at The Floor Store in Pensacola!…read more I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Andrea at The Floor Store in Pensacola. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us navigate all the flooring options for our home project. With years of design experience, Andrea took the time to explain the differences between luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials so we could make the best decision for our space, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. What really stood out was her incredible customer service and design expertise. Since I wasn't able to come into the showroom right away, Andrea even FaceTimed me through the store, showing me countless flooring samples, tile options, colors, textures, and finishes. She also shared photos of completed projects to help me visualize how everything would look in a real home setting. Within hours of our appointment, she had already sent over a detailed written quote. The selection at The Floor Store is fantastic, and if you can visit in person, it's absolutely worth it. But even if you can't, Andrea makes the process easy and stress-free. She truly helps you feel confident making design choices when there are so many products and styles to choose from. If you are looking for flooring in Pensacola -- whether it's LVP flooring, engineered wood flooring, tile, or expert interior design guidance -- I highly recommend The Floor Store and especially Andrea. Educated, experienced, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish!

Walked inside for at least an hour looking at everything and not once was I asked if I needed help. Did buy a couple things on sale, would never pay regular price there. Guy who brought my stuff to front had on shoes that were so old and beat his toes (no socks) were hanging out, clothes were filthy and pushed my table off his furniture truck down onto the parking lot asphalt. If my furniture wasn't rustic, I would have not purchased. Will never go back.

I contacted the manager, Junior. I asked about a warranty. His response was I can bring it back. My husband and I are in our 50s. We physically cannot pick it up and move it. Our sons had left to go home in other states. I had to file for repair request on the year warranty for something we had less than 30 days. And when the repairman came, he told us the fan was broke and the door was bent. He came back a week later to fix the fan and physically push the door frame back in. However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I wanted to give others a heads up. IF you buy something from these people, make certain it actually works.

After searching for a month for stone to use in my powder room and kitchen, I was so pleased when I…read morewent to Hard Rock Tile in Semmes. They had a Cristallo stone that was perfect for what I wanted. The sales girl was very pleasant, but it was downhill from there. The guys used for measuring and installing, etc were rarely there when they said they would be. When the guy finally came to measure for my kitchen island and powder room, he failed to listen to what I needed. Instead, of including the measurement for my powder room in determining how much of the slab I needed, he measured what I needed for the island and the top of my dishwasherf, which was across the room... not even part of that island. Plus, he had not included the overhang in his measurement. It was totally off. It is a miracle that the contractor who was doing my kitchen is the one who realized it. Otherwise, it would have been even worse than it was. When the time came to install, the Cristallo stone had been cut for the dishwasher area and not the powder room. There was nothing for the powder room. I couldn't believe it. The additional stone had been used for the top of my dishwasher instead, and there was an implication that I should pay for that. I refused, and it was dropped, but I could tell they were not happy. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? Then, they had to find a stone that could be used for the powder room, but they didn't seem happy about that either. I also used a different stone in my pantry where I had a sink. When they installed that tile, they put the sink in and cut the hole for the faucet WITHOUT seeing the faucet. Given that it was a very small sink, I specifically asked them shouldn't I wait for the faucet to be there to see the distance it extended over the sink, but that was not accounted for. When the faucet came in, it was too big, and I had to change what I wanted to use. It was a constant hassle. I had full intention of writing a review to state how incompetent the measuring and installation service was. They were off on the measurements, they didn't listen to what I needed, and they expected me to accept the areas that were not pleasing to me. There were several different installers, so it was confusing when I voiced that i didn't like this or that. Now, here we are months later, and I had not written a review yet. However, I had a contractor here to look at my kitchen cabinet drawers, and he was shocked to see that there is NO support underneath the stone. There is a gap between the stone and the top of the tile, which I assume will make the stone very vulnerable. Cristallo is beautiful, but it is brittle, and this is a very large island. If t will sag or crack without the proper support. I'm sure they would never admit to their not giving the proper support when it was installed. Overall, Hard Rock has beautiful tile and stone, but I would not do business with them every again. My advice is look elsewhere.

Knowledgeable and professional staff, great selection, high end prices if you want to be able to find the same match later on. So I pay the price at the store the cost to lay the tile is separate. Never again will I use one of their recommended tile persons. I highly recommend that you have cameras around your home and outside property, and check they are licensed and bonded. I highly suggest you get it in writing that if they break it, they pay for it. The clown that came to lay the tile the first week, I don' t realize until I go to move a utility cart on wheels 2 days later, how uneven the tile is. The wheel was getting stuck all over my den. Too late now the thin set is dry in the whole den. Apparently the man that came to me hired day laborers from halfway houses and they have no concern for other peoples property. They don't tell you to cover all your furniture from them leaving the doors wide open while I am running heat so the wet saw and grout they mix lands on every thing in every room of the house. The first day, they never asked where to set the tile and at night they brought the wet saw and put it on a wool and silk area rug. These people must not ever heard of shutting the door behind them and had no concern for my bills to pay for heat/air or water. I have cameras around the house and caught the guy that smokes spitting up one of his lung hockers on my front porch right by my herb garden. When confronted he denied it until he saw the video. He wouldn't admit he broke my glass herbal jar when he moved my butcher block island in the kitchen, then threw the glass in the front yard, so my dog could step on it and cut her paw. I told the owner I didn't want him back on my property. The storm door was pushed so far open that it pulled away from the door frame and busted the wood. When they were packing up the last day, I told the guy about it and he ignored me. They broke my hose bib the 2nd week they were there and the guy tried to lie his way out of that also. Neither him nor the owner noticed the water was running for 3 hours until I kept telling him, I hear water run and searched for the leak. They said it was my water heater kicking on, well I knew better. I went outside and stepped in a water logged front yard. For 6 days they used that hose bib for their wet saw, and the 6th day I confront the kid that broke it and he turned it so hard that I knew that is how he broke it so that it wouldn't shut off. Then the guy says he fixed it before they left while I am searching for my little 18 pound dog, in the streets, so I didn't watch how he "fixed" it. Come to find out the next day, all he did was put the "Y" adapter that I had for multiple hoses on the faucet. The hose bib is still broke. The last plumber I had here cost me $95.00/hr, so I am really ticked off. I repeatedly asked them to close the doors behind them and even when I put up a wire fence to protect my dogs, the guy moved that too and I had to chase my little dog 5 times the last time it took me to put an ad on facebook after 3 hours she was gone in the cold weather at 5 pm at night. Restitution is not in their vocabulary yet he walks in God's name. Well, many come in His name but few are chosen. Con men and BS artists is what they are.
